The apartment is located on a hill 5 minutes by car from the town (Torri del Benaco and Garda), from the lake and from the beaches. There is a private parking on the roud. We are located in San Zeno di Montagna, a small town overlooking Lake Garda as a natural balcony, about ten minutes from the lake beaches and a few kilometers away from Verona. The apartment is on the ground floor.

In a few minutes you can reach the village centre and the beaches. You can also reach GARDALAND, Movieland and Canevaworld in a few minutes by car or bus.

Completely and carefully renovated, the structure borns from a cottage from the early 1900s and has been created to get  just 5 apartments to allow each guest to reach complete repose. To ensure maximum peace of mind, the farmhouse is only open to people over 18 years.
