Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. Within 50 m walking distance of supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bike rental. Beach and boulevard are only 400 meters away. In July and August, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. Sleep at Zilt&Zo, beautiful new vacation home

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Strandhuiszeeland is luxuriously furnished and has all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is new and very fully equipped in 2022. In the utility room, there is a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a lovely spacious walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a box-spring from Swiss Sense. In the living room, you can enjoy a beach walk on a lovely lounge sofa. There is TV and (Bluetooth) stereo, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

"The old meule" was built in 1877, which we turned into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. At the back space to sit and barbecue. Also there is a private free parking space. A delicious full breakfast is included.

Due to its central location, it is a nice starting point for bike rides and walks through the beautiful Zeeland landscape and vast beaches.
