Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Auto kann direkt vor der Eingangstüre geparkt werden. Gegebenenfalls auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Appartement befindet sich direkt am Bahnhof Rosenbach. Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln direkt vor der Haustüre. Trotzdem sehr ruhige und abgeschiedene Lage. 12km nach Velden Wörthersee, 12km bis zum Faakersee.

Den wunderschönen Hafnersee kann man über einen Waldweg in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen! Zum Keutschacher See und Wörthersee sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.

Ein kleines Paradies in den Bergen! Das kleine Häuschen mitten in den Bergen war einfach traumhaft! Schon die Anfahrt war ein Erlebnis für sich – spektakulär und mit jeder Kurve stieg die Vorfreude. Oben angekommen wurden wir mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge belohnt – besonders von der Bank vor dem Haus ein absoluter Lieblingsplatz zum Innehalten. Die Hütte selbst ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – sehr sauber, gemütlich und gleichzeitig top ausgestattet. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, wir haben sie gerne genutzt! Direkt vor der Tür starten wunderschöne Wanderwege – perfekt, um gleich morgens loszuziehen. Und die nächste urige Gastwirtschaft ist in nur 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Danke für diese besondere Auszeit!

Nice house near the mountains. Everything is quiet and relaxing except for occasional lawn mower :) Location is a bit remote, but not a problem with a car. Grocery shops are a few minutes drive, Klagenfurt or Villach ~30 minutes.

Die Unterkunft und Gegend sind wirklich sehr schön. Der Preis ist definitiv angemessen für ein Haus in der Größe, und wenn man ihn durch 10 Mitfahrende teilt auch wirklich nicht schlimm. Das einzige Manko von meiner Seite sind die extrem dünnen Wände (man hört alles durch) und die etwas komische Zimmeraufteilung. Die Unterkunft scheint auch ein kleines Problem mit Ameisen zu haben, ist aber wirklich nicht weiter tragisch. Wir haben zwar ein paar drinnen gesehen, hat sich aber niemand dran gestört… Was nichtmal im Inserat stand sind der extrem große Fernseher (75-85 Zoll oder so?), und der Grill und Getränkekühlschrank im Schuppen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schönes Wochenende und wir würden definitiv auch wiederkommen 👍🏻

Iris war wirklich eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und der Blick von der Terasse war atemberaubend schön. Für diesen Blick musste man aber auch etwas den Berg hinauf. Aber nach dem ersten Mal auch absolut kein Problem mehr. Die Einrichtung ist etwas älterer Stil, aber sehr fein. Meinen Mitarbeiter*innen stand ein Tischfussball und ein Dartautomat zur Verfügung!! Jedes Zimmer mit einem eigenen Waschbecken und Dusche. Alles in allem eine wirklich fantastische Unterkunft!! Danke sehr!
