Apartment Laurenta 2 Rogoznica

So close and yet far enough away!!! Apartments "Laurent" in Zecevo, a small, peaceful Mediterranean village in the heart of Dalmatia, between Rogoznica (2 km) and Primosten (5 km). The apartments are situated in a quiet part of Zeceva (Old Village) in a stone house. The original preserved medieval stone architecture, cozy ambience making it a perfect place to relax with family and friends. We have 3 new and completely furnished apartments, modern, air-conditioned. The apartment Laurenta 2 is located on the first floor of our house. Suitable for stay 4 people. There are: - One bedroom with a double bed and - Living room with a sofa that converts into an extra bed for two persons (160cm*200 cm) - Kitchen fully equipped (equipped with dishes, refrigerators, kitchen aids, TV) - Bathroom with shower Bed linen and towels are provided for free. Tax, Air condition, heating and parking (park right in front of the house) are included in the price. There is a large courtyard (150m2) behind the house, in the shade with garden furniture. The apartments are located 500 m from the sea - a 10 minute walk in the beautiful countryside. The sea can be reached by car (3 min). Zecevo is surrounded by numerous groves of century-old olive and vineyards. There are many old paths suitable for walking (walk through the famous vineyards of Primosten - Bucavac - protected by UNESCO) and cycling track to the beautiful gazebo where you can see the beautiful islands of the Sibenik archipelago. Well developed shore of Rogoznice and Zecevo region has plenty different kinds of beaches – pebble, stone and concrete. Natural stone beach prevail and also little pebble beaches near the house. 5 km from zecevo is Primosten a city with beautiful clean and neat, mostly rocky 20 kilometers long beach, in which the crystal blue sea summer enjoyed by many of tourists. In offer we have olive oil and figs, our family produce olive oil for about 300 years. A great offer of forgotten dishes and specialties and friendly hosts guarantee a pleasant and unforgettable stay.

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

This spacious one bedroom apartment is a part of a new villa, 100 m away from the beach. Apartment has one bedroom with king size bed, large shower, additional small toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Terrace has a sea view and a pool view. Wifi is free and available. Additional parts of the villa are also the pool, indoor and outdoor garage and elevator. Our guests also have a private lounge with umbrella's and sunbeds on the beach.

Apartment is on first floor offering wonderful sea view from spacious terrace that can be used for lunch / socializing. Heated pool is always available for usage. Beachfront offers free sunbeds and shaders. Beach is nearby. Apartment was renovated in 2023. with new bathrooms, new kitchen and some furniture like beds and outdoor table/chairs.

Luxury apartment Dora

A lovely, well appointed, extremely clean apartment in an excellent location close to the sea. The photos don't do it justice. We enjoyed the refreshing pool with excellent parking very close by. Doris met us and showed us round, ensuring we knew how to use everything and had everything we wanted. The bed was comfortable but firm. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings, looking over Rogoznica, enjoying the cheese, ham and an excellent wine which Doris kindly left for us. The road to get to the apartment, like many in Croatia, was quite narrow and twisty, we appreciated having a smaller hire car. All in all, an excellent apartment and location, would highly recommend.

Great staying! Peacefull and quite neighbourhood. We had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony, two very comfortable bedrooms, clean bathroom, weel equipped kitchen. Ljiljana was very friendly and carrying. She help us with everything that we needed. Ljiljana, bilo mi je vrlo drago, da smo se upoznale. Ti si bila jako simpatična, ljubazna i otvorena. Hvala ljiepa za sve:)

"THE VIEW" - Luxury apartment (2+1) on the beach

The apartment is very nice with a great view! We were 2 girls, traveling alone for the first time and Frane was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is clean, the location is good and the sea is very nice. Frane's parents were in the apartment below us and the dad is the sweetest person. He made us feel very comfortable! We had problems with the internet, so that shouldn't be so important to you when you're there. The shops are about 30 minutes' walk away, which is why you should take care of transportation from the start. The apartment is well equipped but only with the bare essentials. The bed is comfortable and it is a good place to live. There are many beach bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby so you have everything you need. Thanks dear Frane and family for this lovely stay 🙏🏼

We have been to Rogoznica twice before and so we knew the location of the apartment above the bakery. Everything about the apartment was perfect, the only downside was the 3 floors (72 steps) to climb. But we got used to this after a while, although it might put some people off The views from the balcony were spectacular, with a G & T at sundown. Should we return to Rogoznice we will try to stay again. Many thanks Derek & Maureen Priestley. (Radio sailors from the IOM European Championship.

We were sad to leave. We loved all of it, Lidijas Mum was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. Communication was very responsive with some great recommendations for local exploring. The apartment is very clean, a great layout with a great view from the sunny balcony. We would love to go again.

We join all positive reviews. Ivana is the best host we've ever met, as well as Billy and the cat. The apartment is totally cozy, nothing is missing. We even found a bottle of water, homemade cakes and fresh cherries. We liked that there were both feather pillows and cotton pillows. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and equipped with everything. The highlight is of course the large terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. There were so many nice seating options. Billy gladly accompanied us to the village and was absolutely not intrusive towards our old dog and in general. You just have to love it. The farewell was difficult for us - thank you for this wonderful holiday.
