The cottage is located about 5 km from Litoměřice and offers the possibility of trips around the Czech Central Highlands.

The house can serve as an ideal base for mountaineering, hiking, or biking enthusiasts. The expansive adjacent meadow is a popular spot for kitting enthusiasts in the fall and winter-whether with tricycles or skis. In summer, bathing in a nearby pond.
