Great place. a small gym on the top floor with amazing views. Great security. Very, very nice apartment. Everything was great. the master bedroom and living room have AC but the other 2 rooms get hot. An amazing place.

Agustin was very helpful and quick to respond to all questions. The air conditioning was a bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped, the stove worked well. There were many additional small appliances as well. There were many small stores and restaurants close by as well as a mall 6 blocks away. We will be staying again next time. Thank for everything.

I spent 9 days with Carlos and Julieta. The truth is a great stay. The place is very well located. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bus transportation nearby. The place is super clean. Spacious bathrooms with a good shower and hot water, although you have to be careful with the water because there is a shortage in Guadalajara. Julieta and Carlos are super friendly and very helpful. For the price, especially compared to other places, they provided excellent service and accommodation! I recommend it 💯 100%!

Great place, everything is close at hand, shops, shopping centers, parks. Very comfortable and the host's recommendations were quite accurate, I'm sure when I return I'll look to stay here again!!!

Beautiful place for family holidays, good location to get around the historic center, I think they could put at least air conditioning in one of the rooms, it's quite hot this season but everything is fine

Sergio and his team are very nice, kind, cordial and attentive people. We have had the opportunity to stay with them in different accommodations and it is always a very pleasant experience. For us, it is guaranteed quality, the places are very complete, clean, among other things. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, do not hesitate.

The place was exactly as pictured. The dual showerheads in the master bathroom were amazing according to my friend who stayed in the room. The building has very good security; the people I met in the elevator were pleasant and the neighborhood was quite nice. Pool and gym mezzanine level were exactly as pictured and very enjoyable.

We were very comfortable, super comfortable, close to good restaurants and for walking Excellent! Close to store pharmacies like Oxxo or seven! Delighted to return and for my taste at a good price!

A very clean and spacious home near the zoo and we presented no problems

The location was great and apartment has modern amenities. I visited during the hottest month of the season and appreciated the air conditioning systems in the unit. There are a few things to consider when making reservations here, unit is in the 5th floor of the complex, so if the one elevator is out of service the walk up the stairs can be difficult for those with disabilities. I only noticed it inoperable for a brief moment, not sure the reason. The unit is powered by the 1 key card you get, without it, there's no electricity. Our group had the same itinerary which didn't cause an issue. For other large parties with individual itineraries, it will require some coordinating to ensure the 1 key card is in the unit. Overall a great airbnb, I'd personally would consider staying here again.

Fabiola's place it's perfect it's what we expected. Very good location it's in the middle of everything. Close to downtown bus stop , you can walk to train station in just minutes Fabiola you are asome we will come back again.
