Our stay at this 14th-century master mill was nothing short of magical. The house itself is incredibly cosy, with a charming blend of historical character and modern comfort. It’s thoughtfully equipped with plenty of activities, which is a blessing when you’re tucked away in such a peaceful, remote location. One of the highlights for us was the delightful company of the resident cats and rabbits—they added such a warm and homely touch to the experience. We were also thrilled with the mill’s proximity to a beautiful castle and scenic hiking grounds, which provided the perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding area. We were fortunate enough to spend New Year’s Eve here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was serene and enchanting, making it a truly unforgettable way to start the year. If you’re looking for a unique, quiet retreat steeped in history, surrounded by nature, and with fantastic nearby landmarks, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!

Prag ve Dresdene yakın bir konumda olması bizim için çok keyifliydi. Penny markete ulaşımda arabayla çok kolaydı. Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, heryer temiz ve düzenliydi.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht da, aber der Kontakt war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich. Ich würde wieder buchen. Der Preis ist top.

We absolutely loved staying at Tereza’s place! It was the most beautiful location with stunning views of the river! The house was perfect for myself and my family, it was clean (smelt beautiful) and well equipped. Tereza was a perfect host, so helpful, friendly and kind! Ein absolut geschmackvoll-individuell eingerichtetes Haus auf einem besonderen, am Fluss gelegenen Grundstück. Und das Ganze eingebettet in eine Landschaft, die der Erkundung harrt.

Krásné ubytování přímo u rybníka. Majitel byl velmi ochotný a milý. Skvělé pro odpočinek! Moc doporučujeme!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders der Holzofen macht das Wohnzimmer im Winter sehr gemütlich. Der Kontakt mit Petr war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Hezké ubytování v soukromí. Vybavení, vše co člověk potřebuje. Navíc rychlá a vstřícná komunikace s majitelem.

Es waren tolle vier Tage voller Ruhe , Sonne und Erholung. Die Einrichtung so schön gemütlich, mein Platz in der Hängeschaukel unbezahlbar. Die Betten mega bequem, Simon stehts erreichbar. Danke für die guten Ausflug Tipps. Das leckere extra für uns gebackene Brot ❤️Ich komme sehr gerne mit meinen Mädels das nächste mal wieder. 10/10

Wir waren mit unserer zwei kleinen Hunden dort für drei Nächte. Das Haus ist klein aber für zwei völlig ausreichend. Der Whirlpool und der völlig Hunde sicherere Garten waren unser Highlights. Man muss während man im Whirlpool liegt, sich überhaupt keine Gedanken über die Hund machen, da der Garten völlig umzäunt ist und beide Tore abschließbar sind. Sodass auch von außen niemand in den Garten kommen kann. Im Garten ist man völlig ungestört und es ist überall ein Sichtschutz angebracht Man findet im Garten immer ein sonniges Plätzchen zum entspannen. Es gibt auch eine überdachte Terrasse und der Whirlpool sowie die Infrarot Sauna sind komplett überdacht. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind sehr bequem. Wir können das Haus und den tollen Garten jedem der sich erholen will und die Ruhe sucht nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Tomáš‘ place is amazing if you wanna spend some time off grid in beautiful surroundings. For the price, we couldn’t have had a better experience. He is a very nice host, that gave clear instructions via messages beforehand. Just be aware that it is not so easily accessible due to a missing road (you have to drive over a narrow field road) and it has a very steep way down to the water.

Great place for a weekend with friends. It had all the amenities listed and we really appreciated how clean and beautiful it is! We will definitely consider coming back for more!

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern im Cottage und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es mangelte an nichts. Heizungen, Warmwasser, Ofen funktionierten super. Wir haben an nichts gespart und hatten nach 4 Tagen nur 24€ für Strom und 8€ Holzpellets verbraucht. Besonders die ruhige und private Lage ist hervorzuheben. Im Stausee gehen auch Einheimische baden. Wir hätten auch unser SUP nutzen dürfen - es war uns aber noch zu kalt. Es gibt traumhafte Wanderwege, die direkt am Haus starten. Bis zu den Highlights wie Bastei, Carolafelsen,… fährt man ca. 1h. Von uns gibts eine klare Weiterempfehlung - wir kommen gern wieder! Vielen Dank, lieber Ondrej!

Had a great time staying in this warm, cimfortable and inviting home; one full of charm & character. Cozy:) Felt right at home. The only thing missing was an extra dish towel and a cutting board. Overall very please and satisfied ❤️🫶🙏
