This new cozy apartment is located in a very popular and modern part of the city - Pilsen-Skvrňany. The famous Náměstí republiky or brewery is only 7 minutes away by tram. The boarding point of the tram is close to the apartment. A market, pharmacy, or post office are within walking distance. The apartment is located in a very quiet part of the city on the last floor of the house. It has a covered balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The apartment also has a private outdoor parking space. The apartment is suitable for 2 people.

A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.
