Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check-in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice host, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

For couples who want to be for themselves, a nice little cabin. Somewhat cumbersome to get to the house (via the hostess's private entrance). Pool and sauna were not used,was just a sleeping place for us because we traveled a lot in Prague 15 min away. Everything except for minor flaws very clean. Upon arrival it was really very warm in the basement,upstairs with climate it was tolerable. Unfortunately, showers in a row didn't work because the water got cold after the first shower. The hostess was available, accommodating and friendly. Insect screens as a recommendation, not a must. We would come back. For only sleeping in the accommodation, it is expensive compared to downtown. But you will definitely find your peace if you are looking for it (like us). We are only parked under trees or on the edge of the path.

We had a family vacation with Elena. Everything was great. The house is a great , beautiful and cozy place. Beautiful nature, silence. We really want to come. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and a great home .

We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nicely located, clean and very well equipped – especially for a group or families. Particularly noteworthy is the smooth and friendly communication with the host, who has always responded quickly to our questions. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime

We felt super comfortable in the beautiful house and spent a pleasant short vacation with our friends. Depending on the sun's position and mood, we found many inviting places around the house to linger comfortably up to an exclusive free seat I'm tree house... what more could you want!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

If you like special places quiet and having certain level of privacy do not hesitate and go for it! Location is perfect, the area is beautiful. House is very well equipped with everything you need. Alena is a great host. You will enjoy the romantic atmosphere, warm fireplace green territory and small nice sauna. Fantastic time here. My recommendation!

We had a very relaxing few days in this cozy house! For our little family trip, it was just perfect – all for ourselves, surrounded by nature and pleasant tranquility. Inside, everything is lovingly decorated, it immediately looks inviting and homely. We found the terrace and the flowery garden particularly beautiful – in the morning with coffee in the countryside, in the evening with a view of the setting sun. The amenities of kitchen appliances, etc. were also great. We were also very nicely received by Richard personally, who also gave us some excursion tips.😊 We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Rebekka was always incredibly friendly and helped us a lot from the beginning, the communication was excellent and she was able to accommodate us very flexibly despite a few spontaneous changes on our part. We felt right at home in this beautiful house! A great place to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and unwind.

Barbara and Günther's little paradise was the perfect place for our relaxation! The very friendly homeowners welcomed us warmly, so we immediately felt at home. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, which offers a wonderful opportunity to wind down. The equipment fully corresponds to the pictures; the house is very clean and comfortably furnished. Kids can find toys and a swing in the barn. I highly recommend this place, especially for those looking for rest and relaxation from everyday stress. A truly little paradise! Many thanks again to Barbara and Günther for the wonderful stay!

There were six of us for 4 nights in the accommodation. We had lots of space. The sauna, table tennis, billiards and the soccer field were the highlights.

Beautiful stay! The only thing I would change would be the mattresses of the beds.

The small cottage is surrounded by nature and is beautiful! From the hot tub, you can look directly into the forest and also relax wonderfully on the porch. The accomodation was very clean and had everything you could need. You should only not underestimate the stairs to the bedroom, which were then very steep, but doable! We highly recommend it.

Albert and Steffie's apartment is a real gem in a green setting! It is very well equipped, comfortable, warm and cleanliness that was previously unmatched compared to all our previous airbnbs! The garden is nonetheless sumptuously landscaped. The feeling that everything is thought out in detail for the pleasure of vacationers! Some nice hiking sites nearby (Kammerwagen in Falkenberg, Burghardsteiche in Wiesau, Burgruine Weißenstein in Waldershof...) and some discovery visits in the Czech Republic (city of Karlovy Vary, village of Loket and thermal site of Františkovy Lázně) will have greatly occupied our three days. We thank our hosts for the quality of their hospitality and accommodation which helped make our short stay very pleasant!

Very nice and thoughtful hosts, nice apartment with great views for outdoor breakfast. We didn't miss anything. Only the location directly above the railway line caused us restless sleep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cozy, but modern. We especially loved the automatic pellet stove, which provided comfort in the morning and evening. The landlord responded immediately and very friendly to a request. We will definitely be back! Family B.

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and there was nothing missing. For tall people, however, there is something to consider. Duck at the doors :-). It's an old farmhouse and people used to be smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already mentioned and nothing else, it can only have been good :-)

The stay at the place was great, the pictures don't promise too much! The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, the high fence and the gate in front of the house gave us a feeling of privacy at all times. We were also greeted with snacks and drinks and there was Amazon Prime and Netflix set up from the property. Everything went smoothly and uncomplicated. All in all, the accommodation is highly recommended and worth every penny! If we go to the Czech Republic again, then definitely to Sarka again :)

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished and with many more things than you would expect from a vacation home. There was a lot to discover. There was nothing missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cozy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecues. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and is great for hiking. There's a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and also on site for arrival and departure. Thank you! Clear recommendation!

Great quiet location, with beautiful wide views over the fields and beautiful sunsets. Despite the little water, the small pond invited us to observe various animals and the birds of prey were also great to watch. Helene was also very friendly and interested in our well-being. We will be happy to come back!!
