In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. We are located in the Balatonfelvidéki National Park, the nearest settlement is Zánka (4 km), where a shop, restaurant, beach, entertainment and train station are also available. Above our guesthouse rises the Hegyes-tű geological demonstration site, which is an impressive viewpoint. A little further away, Tapolca and Balatonfüred are also the first cities within 20 km. In Tapolca, we recommend the spring cave. Even further away, the spa of Hévíz is 50 km away.

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Thanks to its location, it is an excellent starting point for exploring Tihany, the Káli Basin, Badacsony and the surrounding wineries, beaches, hiking and cycling trails. Nearby restaurants, a convenience store, and local services are also easily accessible.

This is the left side of the twin house (60 m2) with 2 bedrooms for 4 people, a living room with an American kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
