Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. We had the best time at Linda’s apartment it was very well equipped and Linda was so kind and helpful she even had small gifts waiting for our grandsons , we loved lerici and would love to return one day and stay at Linda’s place again it truly was amazing.

We had a lovely stay at Ricardo's place. He was very helpful with recommendations for hikes, beaches, and restaurants. There is a great view from the house and a lovely beach about a 40-minute walk from the house. We highly recommend a stay with Ricardo
