Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. The central location of the property allows you to enjoy all the exciting amenities that the village has to offer and it is only a short brisk 3 minute walk to the famous 9km long sandy beach. Het woon gedeelte op de eerste verdieping is ingericht als studio, met een slaap, woon en keuken gedeelte. U heeft vanaf het woongedeelte via de openslaande deuren toegang tot het zonnige balkon. Op de begane grond is de entree, badkamer en het toilet. Het gehele appartement heeft vloerverwarming.
