Vacation rentals with beach access in Zambratija

Definitely loved the walk ability from Alenka’s place! Penthouse balcony was amazing to enjoy. Great views! Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Very responsive to our questions. A little challenge was 3 flights steps with our large heavy suitcases. She was very helpful with offering to book electric shuttle back to the parking garage. (If arriving by car - a better idea is to park at the garage, ask Alenka to order the shuttle that can carry luggage and passengers and be dropped off close to the apartment.)

Beautiful accommodation, in a small village between Umag and Novi Grad, very quiet area little tourism, the perfect place to relax.

Domen's place is clean, neat, quiet and well equipped. The location is great and short distance walking to place of interests and main bus stop. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Their homemade juice, wine and jam were delicious.

We were in Lovrecica during the fall holidays. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to swim in the sea because the water was too cold. But we could paddle, the kids enjoyed it. We were able to buy freshly caught fish directly from the neighbor. The area is lovely, Donald was very friendly & always helpful.

Magic location

It is always a great pleasure to stay in Mrs. Sandra's apartment from every point of view.

The location of this place is really wonderful: A wonderful view of the sea and the old town of Piran. In no time at all you are at the harbor, a bakery and a market are also not far away even if you have to climb a few meters in altitude. But the view makes it completely worth it! Communication with Anas' father was extremely pleasant! Very helpful and completely straightforward! We will be happy to come back...

Our stay at René's was really nice! There was everything you need. You could also reach everything easily on foot (supermarket, center, restaurants, beach...) We liked to end the evening with the hot tub. Recommended! 👍🏽

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

We had a perfect holiday with 2 small children in Anna's house. The garden and terrace to sit outside and barbecue in the evening was an absolute highlight. Perfect location to the sea and bike paths. Thank you Anna for your kind communication.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Very good location, centrally located in Barcola, but quiet. Great ambience, beautiful rooms. And René was an excellent host, very accommodating, always available, informative, very friendly, thank you very much. Without a doubt, I would book again immediately if I were in Trieste. Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vila Kolumban. The garden was perfect for our kids to play in and the views were amazing. The surroundings were peaceful and we were able to completely relax. The house was comfortable, light, spacious and clean. Špela provided games for our kids to play with and gave us recommendations for the local area. Špela and Peter were friendly and kind. We recommend booking this place!

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Christina’s place was absolutely amazing. It is been one of our favorite places we have stayed at, beautiful. Christina was very helpful with any and all questions. Thanks so much, we love Trieste and Christina help make it great.

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Nice place to stay in a great location!

Marina's house is large and well-equipped, comfortable beds, large and pleasant bathrooms. Remarkable common spaces! The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside the house to reach the seafront and the center in a very short time, and taxi parking in front of the door. Car parking nearby if you're lucky! Park S. Giacomo 5 minutes from the house (for a fee). Marina is friendly, punctual and informed! Great stay, thank you! Marco

Really nicely decorated apartment, with a comfy bed, good shower and everything we needed in the kitchen (including oil, salt and pepper!). Also had good AC for when it got hot. Super short walk to the sea and lots of restaurants.

Great place. Had everything we needed and was perfectly located. Simon was very helpful. Getting in was a little tricky but mainly because we arrived at night. Simon provided good photo instructions but, again, at night, well, it was dark - not his fault. A warning: the apartment is on the fifth floor and there's no elevator. That was no problem for us (and maybe that's in the listing) but it's something to consider if you're older and/or have a disability. But otherwise, it's a great apartment. I would definitely rent it again.

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.
