The house was built in late thirties of XXth century, but the apartment has been recently renewed. The villa is located opposite the Nosal slopes, close to the mountains and mountain trails. In winter, to ski, just cross the street, and in summer it is a quiet neighborhood and a great place for a "trip to the mountains".
