In the very center of Granada, in one of the most iconic buildings and listed as historic, this apartment, 2nd Left ALCAICERIA Located on the second floor, it has three balconies with expansive views. It has two balconies and a large window with a wonderful gatekeeper with wide views of the main street of Santa Escolástica, Calle Varela and Calle Pavaneras. In the kitchen area we find another balcony that overlooks the Calle Sacristía de Sta. Scholastica. Bright and comfortable, it has a living room with American kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kitchen, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking tools, iron and clothesline. In a separate room is the bedroom. We'll find the bathroom with a shower in this bedroom. The bed is 150 x 200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Four people dining area, cold-heat air conditioning, Wi-Fi, access restricted by security code and TV smar tv. Getting to any area of Granada on foot from the apartment will be easy and quick :) One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. A devotion grew so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated that, to anyone who prayed to the Christ of the Favors a Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. At 160 meters (2 minutes walk) we find the Church of Santo Domingo, where the members of the Grenadian nobility were buried. You can not miss the museum Casa de los Tiros, 80 meters from the apartments (1 minute walk); it was built between 1530 and 1540 to the similarity of the Granada palaces of the time, it gets its name from the canyons that rise among its battlements. It was part of the wall of the Alfareros neighborhood, hence its military fortress aspect. The Church of San Cecilio at 500 meters (7 minutes walk), the house of Padre Suarez (next to the Museo Casa de los Tiros), the Convento de las Descalzas 250 meters (3 minutes walk) or the Church of San Matías at 240 meters (3 minutes walk) will be places where undoubtedly our guests can enjoy its charms. This centrally located apartment is ideal for enjoying the city and its charm. Fully renovated 18th century luxury apartment, we want you to feel at home offering all luxury of details, three balconies overlooking the Carrera del Darro called the most beautiful and ancient street in Granada, it has a living-kitchen with sofa and two balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware for a perfect stay. There, we can find the necessary condiments for cooking. The master bedroom is practical and spacious, with a 140 x 200 double bed and a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a raining effect shower set, with dry radiator and with everything needed to make an ideal stay. The common areas in the building are the stairs up to the first floor, where you can access the apartment. We have a sofa bed measures 140 x 200, in case any guest is not a couple or family and they want to sleep in independent beds, they have to warn them to prepare the sofa bed clothes with an additional price of €15. If you do not notify and you are already staying and want to use the sofa bed, you will have an extra supplement of 22€ since you have to move to the apartment, total €37.
