Upon entering the apartment, on the right, is the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year long (not heated). In the very center of Granada, in one of the most emblematic and historical buildings, this apartment located on the first floor, has three balconies with wide views. Bright and comfortable, it has a living room with American kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kitchen, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking tools, iron and clothesline. In a separate room is the bedroom. We'll find the bathroom with a shower in this bedroom. The bed is 150 x 200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed.
