Each of the double rooms has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm - US queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in closets and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool tub, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing, and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, is the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year long (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a nice swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

In the very center of Granada, in one of the most emblematic and historical buildings, this apartment located on the first floor, has three balconies with wide views. Bright and comfortable, it has a living room with American kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kitchen, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking tools, iron and clothesline. In a separate room is the bedroom. We'll find the bathroom with a shower in this bedroom. The bed is 150 x 200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Four people dining area, cold-heat air conditioning, Wi-Fi, access restricted by security code and TV smar tv.
