Armando and Luisa’s place is so beautiful. It’s a perfect location for exploring the town of Taormina, very close to the cable car for beach access, and just across the road from the bus terminal. The views are exceptional and Armando and Luisa made us feel like home. They are so responsive and always available for anything you need. Would absolutely stay here again

Excellent and neat reception by host. Excellent apartment and good base for the Edna etc. Nice swimming pool to cool off. Please note that several apartments are rented out and that children may be present. Air conditioning not needed despite the high temperature outside, the house blows nicely. Supermarket MD a short drive away. Restaurants reasonably close by. Prices just like in NL. Tip: order a bottle of wine, loose glasses are relatively expensive.

Alida was a lovely host! Very welcoming, informative and helpful. Great central location in historic city center - walkable to restaurants, shops and historic sites.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianluca’s apartment. We were right around the corner from Corso Umberto. It was very quiet inside the apartment at night and even though it was a lively street we slept very well. Gianluca was extremely helpful from getting us a booking at his very busy and amazing restaurant downstairs to arranging tickets to the film festival - he really went above and beyond. The apartment was very clean and we had plenty of space for two adults and our child. The balcony is large with views to die for and having the bus station and cable car very close was an added bonus. If we ever are lucky enough to return to Taormina, we would deciiitely stay again.

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! This is a spacious airbnb with a wonderful view of Mt Etna. 5 minute drive to the local jeep tours of Mt Etna. Local grocery store just down the street. Comfortable beds. Would definitely come stay here again next time we visit and bring more family to enjoy the space and view!

Massimo’s apartment is perfectly situated high up so your view of the water is gorgeous. The apartment is located within 15-20 minute walking distance to the center of Taormina, where you find lots of restaurants, shops, and Corso Umberto (through a gate and down many many steps - but it is walkable). It is very clean, has two full bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds, cold AC, and hot water for the showers with great water pressure. 😊 Massimo was an extremely responsive host, assisting us with train and travel recommendations, and arranged a driver for us from the train station. The driver ended up taking us to many places throughout our stay in Taormina and he was wonderful as well. Thanks to Massimo, our Taormina stay was perfect. I highly recommend Casa Manuel.

Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Mount Etna from one balcony where we could have breakfast in the shade in the morning. But if we wanted sun, we would sit on the other balcony overlooking the sea and the garden below. If we had any questions, Aretas responded very quickly and kindly. We soon felt at ease and we were very happy with the parasol that was present. The restaurant opposite the apartment complex is recommended! The Airbnb is a pleasant base for surrounding cities and nature reserves.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. Aesthetically pleasing in every way. Beautiful apartment in the best possible location. Very helpful host. Ask for their restaurant recommendation, you won't be disappointed!

Spent a very nice 3 nights here, and very happy with our stay. Had excellent pizzas at local restaurants recommended by Gabriella, and nearby bakery was top notch. Absolutely requires a car. If you can handle Sicilian driving then the driveway is not a big deal. Plan on 1 hour drives to Etna, Taormina, Catania.

Antonio personally welcomed us and explained everything in detail. He is very friendly. He was always available for questions and immediately helped. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. This is exceptional: very spacious with large terrace. The furnishings are of very high quality. The location is very central. Parking is possible directly at the house. We can definitely recommend the place.

Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

Great location in the middle of everything in Catania. The neighborhood is very vibrant, music and people all around, however it decreased in the evening and never interfered with our sleep. The hosts were very helpful pointing out attractions and entertainment, also recommendations for restaurants as well as grocery stores. Very close to the Piazza del Duomo, the shopping district on Via Etnea, Ursino Castle, Greek-Roman theater, as well as many fine restaurants. Less than 15 minute cab ride to the airport as well.

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities.
