Tiny house vacation rentals in Zadar County

We spet a great time at Tihana house, a lovely, nice old house. The location is amazing, 2 steps from the sea and the place, the landscape and the sea are wonderful. Just nature, a very relaxing stay. Tihana and her family are fantastic people, they are always available, we had never the feeling to be alone, even when we had the chance to be alone on the island, an unforgettable experience! We would definitively suggest to spend a holiday there!

Nothing special, but very nice. Everything was there, beach is close (some 300 m). Hosts were helpful and frendly.

We spent 10 wonderful days at Casa Zara with our two children, 8 and 11 years old. So we arrived there was chocolate and a bottle of wine waiting for us which we found really great and attentive. The bungalow is tastefully and nicely decorated, there is nothing missing. The garden is also really great, I will miss this hanging chair very much:-D We were allowed to meet Francesco, a really very likeable, open person. He also helped us without hesitation in a matter of one of our children. Unfortunately, we did not meet Adriana but from time to time wrote with her and she was always nice and helpful. Location is perfect. Nin, Vir, Zaton and Zadar are a stone's throw away. By car we visited and found all the dream beaches but also on foot you can reach a beautiful sandy beaches. We had a great time! The house is basic but the location is wonderful. The yard is better than expected and was secure for the dogs. The pictures and description didn’t make it clear that the bathroom with the shower is in a detached building (there’s a water closet and sink in the main house), this was fine for us but something to note. There is also very limited hot water for showers and no door on the bedroom (the door is no big deal if you’re a couple but could be if you’re a group). The house is small but comfortable and the private beach access is awesome. The outdoor areas overall exceeded expectations and the neighborhood is very quiet, comfy bed!

We had a great experience here! We really appreciated two bathrooms in each mobile home and the well equiped kitchen. The rooms were clean, with lots of storage room. Gordana was very nice, communicative and thoughtful and the view of the mountains were just wonderful! It's quite close to a nice beach and a 20 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Would absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment is surrounded by nature - that's what it makes a bit difficult to find but with the satellite view it wasn't a problem. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean! The view on the ocean was fantastic and it was so quiet. Greate location with private community. Host is trying to help/do to you as much as is possible. We will take it again if it will be free

The place has a unique location. You basicly sleep on the beach. Mobile house is small but functional. As fammily of 5 we enjoyed our vacation. The owners are really good people, responsive and very fair. Vlado and Sanda thank you for everything!

I spent the last night of my vacation with my family in one of these simply perfect wooden houses. They are equipped with everything you need and nothing more. The area is very quiet, ideal for enjoying true peace and rest. The children called it "paradise," and in fact the garden is equipped with everything children could want. The icing on the cake was the helpfulness of Daniela and her husband, friendly and welcoming from the start, it was like being among friends. Too bad we didn't discover this peaceful corner sooner, we would have gladly spent all our vacations here!

We had an incredible stay at Mirnas place! The tiny house is really beautiful and we spend most of our time relaxing on the gorgeous terrace. The Airbnb also has everything you could possibly need, from great features like a stand up paddle board and a barbecue grill to useful little details like games and mosquito repellent. With the board we could explore the clear blue sea and it was perfect for going snorkeling. It really was the most peaceful relaxing vacation you could wish for and we most likely will be back for more!

The place was beautiful, new, and clean. Host Marko was very welcoming. The location of the accommodation was great, we were surprised by the cleanliness of the sea and the beautiful nature in the area. We are very satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone. Perfect for a family vacation.

Maja's place is very nice and has a great terrace with a grill that invites you to linger. On the beach, a few meters from the property, there are two private loungers of the property on which you can enjoy the sun. The place is approx. 15 minutes' walk outside of Pakostane where you will find great restaurants and bars. Maja is a very friendly and accommodating hostess.

Marko's place is just what we needed. Very quiet (we were there in April) and peaceful. My wife enjoyed going to the nearby ornithological reserve to do some bird watching. I enjoyed relaxing on the front deck, going walks (3 minutes to the beach) and drinking some wine. The place is pristine clean and comes with everything you need. The coffee machine was a huge plus. I would not hesitate to recommend Marko's place.

If you love to be at a lonely place in the middle of beautiful nature - this is the perfect place for you. This holyday house of a friendly family has everything you need. Since the house is off grid and relys on rainwater, you have to be economical with your water use. Beautiful, lonly beaches are in walking distance. We can only recommend.

what a fantastic cottage with everything. We could use the sup board, games, electric BBQ, etc. And after a thirty-meter walk, you'll be on the beach. (PRIVATE beach is understandable). Fishing, swimming, snorkeling. What a nice location. Bernd, it was great!

We had a wonderful stay at Kresimirs little wooden house. The surrounding is stunning, the coast 10min by car. The accommodation is clean, perfect decorated, everything you need. It was romantic and also perfect for traveling with your dog. We d love to come back.

We had a relaxed and restful stay with Tin and his mother. The cottage is quite quiet, few people around it, but depending on the wind direction you can hear something of the adjacent road. The beach access is almost exclusive, you can snorkel there or just enjoy the sun. Overall I can recommend this place for those who want to have their peace and quiet and have a good starting point to explore the area around Zadar in every direction.

We wanted to have a pleasure in our trip (Zadar and Sibenik) we found this accommodation between the two cities, a beautiful night stay since the direct access to the beach and the garden furniture delighted us. On top of that the accommodation and very pretty and comfortable! The host was very kind, I recommend you without hesitation:)

If you’re considering staying on this little island, don’t hesitate—just book it! Our experience was absolutely wonderful and far exceeded our expectations. Waking up each morning to the sound of cicadas, walking through the olive trees, and stepping straight into the sea was pure magic—utter tranquility. From check-in to check-out, Visnja and Magdalena were incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything seamless. The little house itself is beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered with very cute interior. We spent our days snorkeling in the clear water and our evenings grilling and dining. The outdoor sofa seating area was perfect for watching sunsets, and the outdoor shower was an absolute dream. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.

We enjoyed to stay for 5 days at this relaxing place. It is very quiet and closer to the sea. The hosts are very welcoming and willing to help you with everything. Ana was a wonderful host, answering at every hour to any questions regarding transportation and even recommended the best places to eat! For sure we will come back!
