Staying at Silvia's house was a truly unique experience! Many reasons: well-kept accommodation (equipped with all the comforts and all the necessary equipment!) and designed to offer guests the best possible hospitality, indeed more, to make them feel right at home. The house has a beautiful relationship with the surrounding nature and landscape, offering an outdoor space of excellent livability and breathtaking views from balconies and windows. But Silvia and Tim's ability to offer a myriad of attentions and experiences that are never intrusive is extraordinary, giving us a truly memorable vacation.

Pretty stylistic accomodation in a little sweet town called Novigrad. We had a very nice time their. The place to Barbecue with view to the sea is rarely to finde. This apartment has it. We come back - definetly.

Description accurate to 4 adults, 2 children. The information was accurate. Friendly communication in advance & on site. The host family is very kind. Location pleasantly quiet. You had everything you need. Garden use another bonus, as well as the very short path to the sea and to the adjacent swimming opportunities with possibilities to borrow loungers. Restaurants and shopping nearby, so you don't have to go anywhere. We enjoyed it very much. It is definitely recommended & happy to come back.

definitely recommended! most friendly host we've ever had. fantastic apartment in a very nice village. everything within walking distance, shops, restaurants and beach. and the bus to Zadar goes around the corner. already stayed in a lot of Airbnb's, with a lot of fun, but these owners were really great friendly. highly recommended for families. note: swimming pool is only in high season.

Hosts are very kind and helpful. The place is quiet and the apartment is well equipped and clean. There is a shop, bakery, and restaurants in the area. Close to the beach. I'd love to come back.

Our stay at Nataša's place was extremely nice! We felt like home and were greeted with a warm welcome from her mother Marica, who spoiled us with home-baked doughnuts, schnaps and even made us coffee. The place itself is more than enough for 2 people and far enough from Pakoštane centre, within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely return back.

It was very nice on Rivanj, the house is in a great location and you have a magnificent view from the terrace. We had a super nice time here and enjoyed the reduced life on the island very much. As a family of 5, we had enough space in the beautiful house, it was clean and well decorated. In the harbor you can swim, snorkel or just sunbathe. The people on the island were very kind, also Tommy was always available for us and left no questions unanswered.

Super equipped place, just a short walk from the sea. Quiet location, super view. Maybe the only flaw Internet connection is not very good but I think it's a problem in the area

An exclusive place where we really enjoyed our private sphere. Tanja was good and immediately available. When we arrived, many surprises were waiting for us in the fridge and at the table. We made us feel very welcome! Very clean place and comfortable beds. Plenty of space on the terrace where we recovered well. A beautiful view to the sea and we felt like our own stretch of beach as people were well distributed. Exactly what we needed! Crystal clear water, great relaxation and loving reception. A wonderful host!

Mihael and his parents are very welcoming and friendly hosts. We were received very warmly and attentively like in no other accommodation. The apartment was beautiful, well maintained and clean. The location of the apartment is optimal, you can walk to everything very well. The family was very helpful and accommodating. If we had any questions or recommendations, we were able to communicate very well and quickly with Mihael or Maria. We are very grateful for that. Probably the greatest hosts in Vir🥰. If your looking for the perfect villa to relax this is where to go! We had two children with us 8 and 5, The play equipment and pool was great for keeping them entertained, With the added bonus of having a jacuzzi and sauna for the adults to unwind. The villa is stunning and has everything you need, they really thought of everything when setting the house up. The villa is close to a stunning waterfall about 5 minutes drive away and lots of other amazing places to visit only about 30 minute drive away. A huge thank you for Luka and his family for being so helpful while we were there, they really go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We will be back!

Super friendly host, who was always looking for ways to improve our experience. We got a bottle of really nice wine, local fingerfood and pancakes. She was super responsive and always ready to help when we needed somethink, but only when we needed something thats very important to be able to enjoy the privacy.

Beautiful well equipped house in a quiet location, split into 2 separate apartments so ideal for a couple of families to have privacy in the morning/night instead of being together all the time. Each floor had one of everything so no cooking upstairs and bringing it down etc. Andrea and her husband live nearby so they are on hand whenever you need something, and they get back to you straight away with any questions you might have. They booked a taxi for us, provided coal and wood for the bbq, gave recommendations for some bars in Zadar and restaurants in beautiful Nin. The only thing I will note is the local supermarket (Plodine) is about 10-15 minutes away which is a problem when you have to carry food and drink for 8 and some of the roads have no pavement. However, overall everything was great. we had everything we needed and Andrea and her husband are happy to help with anything.
