The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

This lovely apartment is ideal for 2 persons( but 3 persons can fit as well). It's equipped with: kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge), bathroom, washing machine, 2 cable TV´s, air condition,WI-FI Excellently located in the center of Split (but still you can reach it by car) in the old part of Split called Manus.

The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. It is situated in the top of the hill, surrounded by beautiful nature, in a quiet place with no traffic and beautiful views of fields and mountains. In the morning you only hear the singing of birds and you can enjoy the shade of trees surrounding the house all day.
