Our house is in the sought-after Mile 16 Private Beach Estate, where you can enjoy direct access to the beach from the estate. This is a cozy and easy living home, with the ocean within close walking distance (100m). Modern open plan kitchen and living room. Our favorite is the covered stoep with build-in braai. For the cooler evenings, there is a fireplace in the living room.

We are situated a stones throw away from the popular Friday Island and Kokomo beach bar restaurants and only 1km walk to Langebaan Main Beach.
