The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

We can accommodate 2 - 8 guests. The house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 kids, or 6 adults. Situated 2 blocks from the beach with extensive ocean views. The local Spar and restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the property. The home offers 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house and 2 single bed rooms.

Only 25 minutes drive from Paternoster to the North, Langebaan to the South & just a 250m walk along green belt to serene, rocky shoreline.

SOLAR POWERED STUDIO with unbelievable seaview If you choose to stay with us you will be alone as we only have the one studio. Sea Cottage has had a revamp. We have upgraded the bathroom and added a separate bedroom. Stunning sea views from the bedroom as well as the living room. Little hideaway in tranquil setting a minutes walk to beach. Beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from your patio or from the comfort of your bed. Go to sleep with the sound of the ocean.

The Red House

Red House is a rustic house located in the village of Koringberg. Surrounded by wheat and animal farms, you can expect all the perks that come with a stay in the country side - Mozzies and flies can be annoying sometimes but you will also enjoy the silence, the stargaze, the beautiful colours of the farmland and the biggest swimming pool in the area! Our house is not perfect but we love it to bits and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

The location is incredible, luxurious and right in front of the wave. The property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 2 people, fully self-catering with office / studio. Wow!
