We offer this beautiful apartment located on the ground floor of our house, suitable for up to 6 people. Ideal for moments alone or with friends with its large Jacuzzi and sauna outside, or with family with access to our garden and play area. Parking is secure thanks to access through an electric gate. Sargé-Lès Le Mans is a quiet and charming town (the first bakery is 300 m away, ideal for breakfast croissants…)

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival
