The buildings are surrounded by lawns, woods and orchards, which guarantee calm but even more so because we manage this farm ourselves without any treatment products, without fertilizers, without glyphosate. Welcome to an independent part of my house, located 15 min from the city center of Le Mans, 10 min from the 24-hour circuit and 5 min from the European Horse Pole. The accommodation consists of 2 attic bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor: bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, as well as a living room with a new kitchenette! You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the garden furniture. Only the entrance is shared with my house (access is blocked when it is rented).

Nestled amid our orchards, it offers a relaxing and serene setting. Just 5 minutes by car from Le Mans and 20 minutes by public transport, you’ll be close to hiking trails for nature walks. You can also enjoy the activities that the region has to offer.

In the early morning, you can enjoy your breakfast (included) on the terrace and in the "coffee corner".

Noise, music and outdoor parties are not allowed.
