Really super experience, our dog was well accommodated which was our priority. Mercedes and her husband were very friendly and accommodating, meeting us on arrival. Not far to walk to the unesco area. Only a single night stay but perfect for our onwards travel.

Great house without neighbors opposite with all the living rooms overlooking the terrace, itself without neighbors opposite, with beautiful double doors that open to enjoy the outside while being inside and vice versa. We will definitely come back.

Very quiet neighborhood, free places on the street to park. Self check-in. Small but functional studio. Good bedding. Perfect for resting before getting back on the road.

this is the second time we've gone to Gérard's. It is a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thanks Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Thank you so much for hosting us, Josiane. We'll definitely come back.

Very spacious and pleasant house. Beautiful exterior. We were 10 people (5 couples) and didn't want for anything. Garage for 4 motorcycles, very nice.

We highly recommend our hosts' accommodation! Top services: a heated swimming pool in a wooded lot. Relaxation guaranteed in the frog field in the shade of the willows. A very clean house where each bedroom has its own bathroom, TV, toilet and even hair dryer… nothing is left to chance! Games for young and old in the living room cupboards, pool accessories and even petanque balls… a carport, a terrace that is easy to shade, a barbecue In short, go for it! Special mention for the Château de Courtanvaux just a few km away Accuracy: No nuisance due to operation nor smell towards the pond

Nelly is very friendly and speaks English very helpful to us as our French is poor. Lovely to sit by the pool & walk in the grounds of the house. We walked into Le Mans. Beautiful city, had a lovely meal visited the river. Also toured the local area and visited Fresnay-sur-Sarthe. Would like to go back.

Excellent accommodation for groups of if all sizes. Heated pool was great for all times of day. Hosts were responsive and helpful. €200 Euros for early check in was a little expensive but overall it was exactly what we hoped for (group of 21). Would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone.

We had a great time at Anne-Claire's place. The apartment matches the photos and is very functional. Anne-Claire is very responsive and offers a warm welcome. The accommodation is 20 minutes from the circuit so very convenient to get there.

Lovely accommodation in rural surroundings, the sun sets perfectly outside the air bnb where a table and chairs is provided to enjoy the evening sun. The accommodation is clean and adequate and although you are required to enter the main house to use the showers, the family is very friendly and welcoming and you feel right at home so this is not an issue. Will definitely return if passing in the future.
