This is a unique 200 ft small tiny house with a covered porch with 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the outdoors. It is decorated with family antiques even a 4 ft claw foot tub turned into a shower.... If you want the feel of a nice relaxing country atmosphere with woods and nature this is the place for you. We live on a dead end rd which is quite and very safe. Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.

Fantastic home! Immaculately spotless, updated, very comfortable, less than 10 minutes to everything, felt right at home. As a bonus, so many little details and conveniences - brand new beach chairs, shade, coolers, and even a wagon were provided for beach days, many boardgames to keep occupied during the inevitable FL pop up showers. And not to forget the fur babies, they provided treats, small dog beds, and towels specifically for doggie paws. Cannot say enough about what fabulous hosts Don and Annette were! They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and made it clear through their actions that our enjoyment of their home and vacation was important to them. Highly recommend!

I would definitely stay here again. The townhouse was clean and accommodating. The decor was spot on 🤌🏼. It was very convenient as far as restaurants, shopping, and beach. Mark was super proactive, letting us know things before we arrived.

We'd lived in Fernandina Beach for almost ten years and knew the area. We were going back to visit friends over Memorial Day weekend and wanted somewhere away from all the tourists, somewhere peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Bert's place filled our needs beautifully. The apartment is the top floor of a garage/guest house uphill from Bert's house. Down the hill is the Bell's River, a narrow tidal stream. Right by the water are a couple of wooden Adirondack chairs. It's a lovely place to sit with a book and a cup of coffee or a cool drink, looking across the river at a salt marsh and the shorebirds. Inside the apartment was everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and pleasant, the kitchen was minimalist but all we needed to supplement the meals we ate in town, and we enjoyed sitting in the living room and streaming TV. Outside the door were a couple of lawn chairs where we drank coffee and ate breakfast. It was just what we wanted.

The sandy shore is captured under a bright blue sky, featuring gentle waves lapping at the shoreline. Reflections of clouds and the distant beach can be seen in the wet sand, creating a serene coastal scene.

The house was spacious and clean, and in a nice safe neighborhood centrally located in Yulee. Maria is a respectful and responsive host. The basic house staples are provided including laundry supplies which was appreciated. We would stay here again.
