Everything we expected! Vinny is amazing and always around to help if needed. People that rent at the condos in the same complex are also very friendly. Pool was very nice on those hot days. Our balcony had very little shade and four story’s to climb (no elevator) so not for everyone. Wonderful view! Our stay couldn’t have been better!

Gabriela and Gina were great in response to my inquiries. Gina was in person at the casa when I arrived and showed me the room and other amenities. I gave five stars for the ocean view. It is awesome whe I work up every morning watching the sunrise blended with the waves sound. Only the washroom needs to be upgraded.

The bungalow was exactly what we were looking for. The security guards were absolutely lovely to deal with and spoke really good English. They explained everything really well so we understand we could use the Yal-ku entrance before the we checked in. Our accomodation didn't have direct water access, but we found a local way down to the rocks for some sunset beers only a few minutes walk from the villa. We went to Yal-ku twice during our stay and snorkeld for about 5 hours all up. Staying at Emma's place is a great way to access the area.

Bien placé, nous avons pu pleinement profiter de Mérida, et vous avons beaucoup apprécié les nombreuses recommandations de nos hôtes, qui sont aux petits soins ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nos encantó! De los mejores Airbnb qué nos hemos hospedado. Muy fácil de encontrar, tal cual las fotos y muy completo, muchos detalles que hacen la experiencia totalmente mejor. Siempre estuvieron atentos de nosotros e incluso nos dieron recomendaciones de tours y lugares para comer y visitar. Sin duda volveremos. Las habitaciones limpias y en buen estado todo de maravilla.

We stayed here for one night at the end of our honeymoon to be closer to the Tulum airport before our flight. It was a great choice! Erika and Alonso were very helpful during check-in and even greeted us with a complimentary welcome drink. Susan was super responsive and made everything easy. The private pool, fresh towels, and on-site security (which gave us peace of mind with our rental car) were great extras. The only downside was the heavy sea grass, but overall it was a really nice and relaxing stay.

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! Visiting Mexico was already amazing, but staying in Tulum made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

La casa es bellísima y muy cómoda y el anfitrión fue muy amable con nosotros. Sin duda, recomiendo el lugar.

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

La mejor estancia en Xul-Ha, la propiedad es bella, tiene todo lo necesario, a pie de laguna por lo que no tuvimos necesidad de salir mucho a diferentes lugares, es todo lo que se necesita para una excelente vacacion en familia. La casa es bastante grande, nos encantó que cada quien tuvo su espacio y privacidad. Lo único que podría recomendar sería el cambio de regaderas, aún así pudimos usarlas sin embargo no había buena presión. La atención de Lourdes fue impecable, todo el tiempo estuvo muy atenta y nos dio todas las recomendaciones! Volveremos sin duda!

Carlos and Ethel were fantastic hosts. We stayed at Casita Azul for 2 weeks in March with our 3 kids. Ethel went out and bought a pack n play for our youngest to sleep in and everything was very clean and fantastic when we arrived. The location is amazing, we spent so much time on the front balcony staring at the ocean when we needed a shade break. We were close to the town and fantastic restaurants but far enough away that it was super quiet. The wine bar next door was never a problem- it was quiet and you wouldn’t even know it was there. We explored Seashell beach over by the boat marina- that was a highlight and definitely recommend going there- we have never seen that many shells….. just endless seashells everywhere! Thank you for the wonderful stay Carlos and Ethel- they changed our sheets and towels twice and replenished soaps and toilet paper as needed. casita Azul is a very basic and simple home but it has everything you need and is an excellent location! Highly recommend

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Guillermos Unterkunft hatte alles zubieten, was wir benötigt haben und sah unserer Meinung nach noch besser aus, als auf den Fotos. Nachts war es leider vom Straßenverkehr sehr laut, dennoch würden wir unbedingt wiederkommen!

Recomendadisimo! Muy bonito el alojamiento y muy cómodo, las instrucciones son claras, el alojamiento es seguro y está cerca de muchas actividades y lugares a los cuales ir, la atención con Ayari es súper rápida y atenta y muy gentil, me volvería a hospedar de nuevo en otra oportunidad. 😅👍🏼

Gianmarco’s place is absolutely PERFECT! Don’t waste your money on all inclusive. Groceries and restaurants are within walking distance. You literally step off of your private porch to the sand and ocean! Gianmarco is very responsive and helpful. Just ask and he will arrange for a driver to pick you up from the airport and take you back.

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

The room and location was great. Communication was fluid and helpful. Matías’s place was perfect for easy access to beach and all the great shops and restaurants on the Island. The pool option provided that extra cool down when returning from an afternoon adventure. What's wild is that's it near the action but the area is pretty quiet. So you get best of many worlds. The staff was very helpful and hard working. All my questions were answered very quickly. If you have never been to the island this is a great place to start. This was our second time to the island and we loved this place. I would recommend staying here to anyone. (( for food people --Luuma is very close ( wow place) and breakfast close by is Painapol. <--- Fruit bowls and everything on menu....mmmm. mmm.The music at night walking around and every restaurant we went to was magnificent and so so tasty. Again, Great place. Great people. divine beaches. Magic abound. Hope you get the chance experience it all

Una excelente estancia, todo muy limpio, agradable, al llegar el A/C ya estaba encendido por lo cual el condo estaba súper agradable, acceso al transporte público solo a unos pasos, entrada y salida autónoma, Miriam siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y la comunicación estuvo excelente.
