Vacation rentals with beach access in Yucatan

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí por estancias de más de una semana y siempre quedo fascinada por la tranquilidad que ofrece el espacio, los bellos paisajes y la zona muy segura para estar y salir a caminar, alejada del bullicio que ofrecen playas mucho más concurridas. Extiendo mis más amplia recomendación si desean pasar unos gratos y muy tranquilos días de descanso .

El lugar y la atención es sencillamente espectacular. Nos sentimos muy cómodos, Kurt fue muy amable y claro en todo, sus perritos son adorables. La zona es muy cercana a la playa y tanto la habitación como el área común cuenta con todo y más de lo que podrías necesitar. Felicidades a Kurt por haber logrado ese nivel en su alojamiento y atención

Una vista increíble, desde el cuarto principal y desde las áreas en comun. Muy acogedora la estadía.

We had an amazing stay in Moisés’ condo. The unit is beautifully furnished, comfy beds, well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of seating, towels, everything! The pool and patio area are incredible. Everything was spotlessly clean and the on-site attendant was helpful. We would highly recommend a stay in Moisés’ house for couples, families, or groups. Great beach within 100 yards, easy access to downtown restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Wonderful vacation spot!!

El departamento estaba limpio y olía a limpio! muy bien equipado! tiene un diseño óptimo y las instalaciones son agradables, en buenas condiciones y con una estética muy agradable. Miguel muy atento y el encargado David nos dio una explicación breve y clara de la dinámica a seguir. El mar esta como a 100 metros y definitivamente me volveria a hospedar ahí! la pasamos muy bien! Tuvimos la suerte que habian pocos huéspedes así que disfrutamos del silencio y la quietud del ambiente! GRACIAS!!!

Como todas las veces que me he quedado con Ioh, no solo el trato es excelente si no el lugar. DEFINITIVAMENTE RECOMIENDO que te quedes aqui, es tranquilo e ideal para familias que quieran un descanso. Me encanta ya quiero volver!!!!!

Mi mamá y yo disfrutamos mucho el fin de semana que pasamos en casa de Ricardo. Tiene una alberca que es muy agradable sobre todo cuando regresas de la playa. El acceso directo a la playa es un plus, la playa esta hermosa y el mar parece un gran alberca, muy poca gente y muy hermoso. Lleno de pájaros. La casa es muy cómoda. Excelente ubicación. Cerca de todo.

Honest review: it's fair to say it was a fantastic stay. Amazing sunsets. The hosts were very responsive both before and during the stay. The place is down a long and narrow dirt road but once you get to the home, it's true paradise. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out, and there is plenty of room for parking. This home is truly steps from the Gulf and there's ample patio space. I loved the thatched roof area with the table, which had lights for the evening. Wifi was strong. Things to keep in mind (some of which are out of the owner's control): having a rental car is a must, it's down a long road that is a fair walk from main road. Air conditioning is present in every bedroom, but not the main living space/kitchen, which can get warm in hot weather even with the large ceiling fans. There is not much beach in front of the home, and barely any in neighboring properties - it's not an area where you can go for long walks on the beach. Rent this place for a quiet beach vacation!

If you’re looking for a complete escape from reality… this is the place for you. It’s beautiful, quiet, there’s no loud noises, traffic, or annoying neighbors. Just the ocean, nature and a tranquil place to reset. We saw Hawksbill sea turtles laying their eggs, flamingos flying over head, crabs running sideways, and geckos calling to each other all around. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend staying here.

La casa está muy bonita y la playa está hermosa, todo muy bien y el anfitrión muy amable.

Además de ser una casa muy bonita. A mí me gusto mucho , el haberla podido rentar por una noche...Eso fue muy bueno, porque la mayoría de la casas por la zona la rentan a partir de dos noches... Mis amigas y Yo, la disfrutamos mucho , además de encontrarse a unos cuantos pasos cerca del mar.

Absolutely LOVED this place! It was fantastic. We have stayed in lots of chelem beach houses. This was amazing and one of our favorites. The pool is everything. The space is huge and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Fully equipped with super reliable internet. Incredibly responsive hosts. The fact that this host also provided water for our entire stay was awesome. Thanks again!!

La casa es hermosa !! Un gran y cómodo lugar. Las instalaciones impecables y muy lindas. Desde la llegada nos sentimos muy cómodas. La alberca muy bien y súper linda. Se tiene vigilancia y es un lugar muy cómodo para descansar porque no hay ruido. Muchas gracias por todo estuvimos maravilladas. Súper recomendable!!! Sin duda espero regresar pronto.

Beautiful secluded place great for respite. Very nice family with the parents next door who are wonderful people. Uber is available sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get there so plan accordingly to head into Progresso for restaurants and shopping & groceries.

Estuvimos muy contentos y agusto en el departamento. El departamento esta muy bonito, comodo, frente al mar y muy bien equipado. La atencion del Host fue muy buena y eficiente. Recomendamos ampliamente la ubicacion y el departamento en general. Mil gracias!

We arrived late from Cancun, but 24hr security helped with luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. The apartment is lovely and exactly as described. We had a car which could be parked in the car park area. A few restaurants within walking distance but closed sunday and monday. Roxanne gave some recommendations and we found La Laguna and El Timon fine too. I'd recommend a trip to Hammock Island, Isla Columpios. Uber is cheap and reliable if you don't have a car. We left the car and Ubered into Marida. Too hot to walk anywhere in May🥵 Oh, and the pool is great for cooling off and chatting with other guests/owners.
