Welcome to Skönadal with friends and family! The Villa is located next to a beautiful lake with a waterfall which flows into a stream that winds through a fairytale valley. If you take a walk along the fields in the rural landscape you get to Svarte. There you'll find a train station, a lovely sandy beach and a cozy beach cafe. Skönadal is close by Ystad och you can also visit lovely Österlen, Abbekås harbour, Mossbylund Spa, Ystad Zoo, Snogeholm's walking area and several beautiful castles.

På Stallgatan i Ystad, så centralt det kan bli, hittar ni detta vackra korsvirkeshus med egen innergård. Lugnt och bekvämt läge, endast ett stenkast från gågatan och allt Ystad har att erbjuda. Entréplan bjuder på vardagsrum, badrum samt kök. På andra våningen finns ett trevligt allrum, toalett och 2 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng, våningssäng och liten balkong. Det andra med dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa i anslutande rum. Ystad Station ligger 200 m bort och till stranden promenerar man på ca 10 min.

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Vattentornets Trädgårdspaviljong

I parken runt Ystads ståtliga Gamla Vattentorn ligger trädgårdspaviljongen. Här lever man ute/-inne-liv eftersom trädgården och den stenbelagda uteplatsen under pergolan är en del av boendet genom de stora glaspartierna. Paviljongen är designad och inredd av inredningsdesignern Anna Åkerman där helheten och detaljerna har satts samman för en extraordinär upplevelse för paviljongens gäster.

Little House is renovated with ecological materials and located in a quiet village near Ystad, in-between two golf courses. Close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, art, nightlife. 5 km to beach/outdoor pool. Across the street there is a playground with swings, slides, trampoline and grill. Fishing license possible. Access to bicycles. Longer stay gives some discount, send inquiry.

Lilleskog

Our guesthouse i 50 kvm and in very good shape. Kitchen/bedrooms/tvlounge in the same big room. It is 3,5 km to the city Ystad! And the beach is 25 meters from our house. We also have a terrace you can use. Just a 10 min drive from us is Abbekås golfbana. The railway is close to the house and can be disturbing. Notice that towels and sheets are NOT included.
