Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Rakt över vår lugna, tysta gata finns Ystads gamla kvarter, med Klostret (grundat 1267) som närmsta granne. Vill du flanera i och kring centrum med dess gatuliv, men samtidigt uppleva det medeltida Ystad finns ingen bättre utgångspunkt. Till gågatan är det bara ett par minuters promenad. På vägen dit passerar man Klostret med museet, Klosterkyrkan och populära Café Bäckahästen. Väl framme finns ett stort utbud av restauranger och affärer, en närliggande matvarubutik och Stortorget runt hörnet.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Stort och rymligt kök samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin. En promenad på 5 minuter tar dig till stranden där du njuter av fantastisk vy mot Hammars backar och Ystad. I området finns även tillgång till affär, pizzeria, utebad, Ystad golfklubb mm. 150 meter till busshållplats mot Ystad eller Simrishamn.

Charmigt hus i Kåseberga

Fantastiskt boende i hjärtat av Kåseberga. Detta huset är ursprungligen den gamla brandstationen som tidigare fanns i byn, men har sedan varsamt renoverats och behållit sin charm med de råa stenväggarna, takbjälkar och vackra stengolv. En kort promenad tar dig ner till det charmiga gamla fiskeläget i hamnen. Här finns rökeri, restauranger, butiker, café och glasskiosk. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

På andra våningen finns ett badrum och sovrum med dubbelsäng. På nedanvåningen finns sovmöjlighet för ytterligare 2 personer på soffan (2 st 60x190). Ystad tågstation ligger 200 m bort och till stranden promenerar man på ca 10 min.
