First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.
