Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. IMPORTANT: You must bring your own linens and towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two backpack beach chairs available for your use.

You'll be 4 minutes from Route 95, 8 minutes from Kittery Foreside, and 9 minutes to Downtown Portsmouth. Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
