I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Kittery or Portsmouth. Perfect location right in the middle of everything that Kittery has to offer with a nice view of the water. Easy, scenic walk over the bridge into Portsmouth for an excursion. Danny and Linn had amazing recommendations for where to eat, I could eat Lil's crullers every morning and it's right across the street! The space was ideal for myself and would also be perfect for a couple. Clean, tidy, and had everything that you could need. Hope to get the chance to come back someday soon.

The house was wonderful. David stayed in touch throughout the stay—even though I wasn’t the best at communicating, we had no issues and no real need to reach out. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning (thanks to some flight chaos) and had no trouble getting in. Everything was set up perfectly, and we were able to head straight to bed. The space is beautiful and truly right on the water. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was such a peaceful bonus—the exact kind of experience you hope for with a beachfront property. The walls between the two units are a bit thin. We could clearly hear the family next door and assumed they could hear us too—especially since, as a group of old childhood friends, we did a lot of reminiscing and laughing. We did feel a little bad about that. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a dreamy location—and I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Tim was a great host, very responsive and gave clear directions on how to check in, check out etc. His condo is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location to walk to everything. We frequent Ogunquit and have always stayed in a hotel, we are happy we found and stayed in Tim's beautiful condo and will stay again.

Fantastic place to stay with plenty to do within walking distance! We had a 8 month old with us and there was plenty of space to setup a pack & play or bassinet. Comfortable bed and furniture and a bonus desk!

We loved staying at Captain’s Quarters in Salem! The AirBNB is in a great area just a couple of blocks from all of the things we wanted to do and see while we were in town. The unit itself was so cute & just like the photos! Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults. Rachel was so kind & helpful and responded promptly the couple of times we messaged her. Check-in was seamless, great instructions & video made getting inside very easy. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Rachel!

Simply delightful! Laurie’s place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood and garden views are beautiful and the off street parking was readily available. The sheets and pillows were high quality and the bed was comfortable (is a firm mattress). We generally prefer a soft mattress, but this one was still adequate. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to easily cook breakfast every day. We didn’t arrive until 10 PM on the night of check-in and it was a wonderful surprise to find soft drinks, water, beer and wine in the fridge! Highly recommend 😍

Sean was an incredible and communicative host! The place was absolutely stunning with an incredible view of the water, comfortable amenities, and excellent WiFi. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again :)

Great space and beautiful set up! The place is exactly as it looks in the photos. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and is only a short drive to downtown Portland. A perfect rooftop deck to read on and catch some rays. The hosts were responsive and the instructions were clear. Very easy check in and check out process. Would highly recommend!

We’ve stayed in several different Airbnb sites in the Portland area and this was by far the nicest. Hosts were very responsive at all times and helpful. Will stay here again when we are in Portland.

I stayed here with my dog and the place was perfect! Great backyard area, it felt very private and quiet. The space was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly! Would love to stay here again.

This was our second stay and we're already looking into booking our third. It's our home away from home. The balcony view is gorgeous, the walk down to the heart of the boardwalk is so easy and the drinks aren't bad either. Definitely take a drive up the coast, go antiqueing, and discover not just hampton beach but the surrounding towns. We can't wait to come back, thank you for hosting us!!!

We had an excellent stay at Nicholas' place! From check in to check out everything was flawless. The property, the house, and our suite was immaculate and so beautiful! So many thoughtful and wonderful amenities. Nicholas and Emily are so nice and a wealth of info and gave us some great suggestions. They answered all of our questions promptly. It's centrally located with easy access to everything in Portland. Highly recommend!

Mike was a great host for my week I highly recommend staying

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

Our stay at Evan and Rachel’s Airbnb was wonderful. The views into the backyard and golf course were very peaceful with a morning coffee. You wouldn’t even know that the home is on a main road with how private it felt. If we stayed longer we would’ve definitely used the hot tub! Great stay, parking was easy, everything was so clean and well thought out. The towels were the softest. Everything we needed was provided and easy to find. Also, the pool was great.

I flew in for work and only stayed a couple days but definitely enjoyed the space. I will be coming back to this Airbnb in fall
