The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. It is an 11-minute walk from JR Otaru station, a 3- minute walk to a convenience store and supermarket, a 2-minute walk to Otaru canal, very convenient for Otaru. Next to the apartment is the Old Temiya Line, which is now a walking course. I have a hotel license from the director of the Otaru City Health Center. Rest assured, we do not operate without permission. (The accommodations have been inspected by the health center and fire department. It is the second floor of a 3-story building built on a steel structure. It rarely freezes in the winter. Sundays may be blocked, so please ask if you can stay. Please let me know if you'd like to stay for 2 nights from Saturday to Monday. The location is not so good, so please refrain from booking if you are particular about location.
