Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

With a short km walk through the park along the bay, you will come to the cozy city center with shops, restaurants and cafés. The golf course can be found 2.5 km away on foot or by bike over Europe's longest walking and cycling bridge. Ryssberget's hiking and biking trails are only 1.5 km away. The sandy beaches of the nearby area are numerous.

For groups of more than 8 people, we recommend the possibility of renting our second house "Holken", which is located on an adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together.
