Located along the Tornionjoki River, the cottage is the choice of fishermen and holidaymakers who love the river landscape. Marjosaari is a great place to watch and photograph the Northern Lights. There are several attractions nearby and the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities. You can also easily visit Sweden, which can be reached via the Aavasaksa bridge.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a charming log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Koppla av med familjen i fridfulla, vackra Båtskärsnäs, nära Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) med bad och aktiviteter. Gästers husdjur är välkomna. Vid boendet finns en vedeldad badtunna utomhus som kan förbokas mot en avgift på 500 kronor, det är oftast möjligt att boka den men hör gärna av er i tid för att bekräfta detta. Två kajaker finns att låna. Från Båtskärsnäs går även båtturer ut i skärgården och på vintern har vi fina isar och skidspår. Sparkar, pulkor och snöskor finns att låna.

Or on the beach, around the campfire, where you can whisper your thoughts into the dark star studded night, when everything around you is still.

Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Peaceful grandma's cottage in the countryside in the Torne Valley near the Swedish border. Easily accesible from E8 road. A short distance of less than 3 km to the municipal centre of Ylitornio, 6km to Swedish side Övertorneå for shopping. Around you will see beautiful valley landscapes on both the Finnish and Swedish sides. The Torne River is less than a kilometre away. On winter time you can enjoy snow right at your front door. We offer sledges free of charge.

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Modern cottage in your own peace.

A detached cottage in its own peace on a lake between two large lakes. Own shoreline over half a kilometer. The village has a reindeer farm and an organizer of husky and snowmobile safaris. Both are family businesses, where service is key. And not far away is a frisbee golf course that meets the official requirements for summer and winter use (about 14 km away at Airijärventie 108, currently an 18-hole course in the woods and on the rocks).

Free parking with electric for car heater. acces to garden with fireplace living room 10,7 m2 Bed room 7,6 m2 Bathroom 3,3 m2 Total area 21,6 m2 It is located 3 km from city center, close to bus stop for local bus. I speak only English and Swedish.
