There are several attractions nearby and the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities. You can also easily visit Sweden, which can be reached via the Aavasaksa bridge.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a charming log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. Stay in the tranquility of the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small, in good condition and has everything you need. Electric sauna, shower, toilet, stove, dishes, fridge and cooking utensils There is a path to the beach and a rowboat in use. The beach is stone-based and has no jetty, so you must be able to swim if you want to take a dip in the river. The property has just been fitted with an air heat pump that keeps the apartment comfortably cool and brings pleasant warmth in winter.

We bring you drinking water in containers and washing water to sauna is taken from the sweet water lake. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive with no street lights.

Saunamökin kuistilta näkymä metsään päin. Vesijohtoa ei ole, vesiastiat ovat täytettynä tullessasi. Tilava sauna. Grillikota käytössäsi (noin 50 metriä mökistä). A detached cottage in its own peace on a lake between two large lakes. Own shoreline over half a kilometer. The village has a reindeer farm and an organizer of husky and snowmobile safaris. Both are family businesses, where service is key. And not far away is a frisbee golf course that meets the official requirements for summer and winter use (about 14 km away at Airijärventie 108, currently an 18-hole course in the woods and on the rocks).

There is one bedroom with a 180 cm bed, livingroom with a 140 cm sofa bed and another bedroom on the second floor with a 140 cm sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. Note that there are no doors in the first floor. During the summertime you can find a swing in the yard. There are lots of toys for children to play with.
