Bastante silencioso, pero a 10 minutos caminando del Jardín de la Unión. Todos los servicios a 1-2 minutos caminando. Beautiful, modern downtown studio apartment. Two terraces. Great views. Quiet. 1-2 min to market, bakery, etc. Located in flat part of Guanajuato, ~10 min to Jardín de la Unión. No stairs!!!

"El Tucán" Cozy kingsize bed, bathroom and terrace

This beautiful room it's ideal for 1 or 2 people. It has a kingsize bed, tv, wifi, frigobar and the bathroom, jus outside the room it has a big terrace with a great view of the city. It is located in down town, just 5 to 15 minutes walks from every interest point in downtow, like "Callejón del Beso", "Teatro Juárez" and "Alhóndiga de Granaditas". Besides, you could enjoy our garden, that it is very rare to have one in down town, just perfect to rest, enjoy the nature and have a great time.

La casa cuenta con dos salidas, a 10 minutos caminando colina abajo del centro de la ciudad y a 4 minutos colina arriba del mirador del Pipila.
