The unit is not set up for babies, toddlers or teenagers.

This 2-bedroom unit is located so close to town, leave the car in the garage and walk to beaches, cafes, boutique shops and lively restaurants. Yamba Accommodation supply full linen & compilatory access to The Beachside Leisure Centre’s pool, tennis courts and BBQ area located at 1 The Boulevard Yamba.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. I hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. A Little Piece of Paradise

Accommodation consists of an en-suite and generous bedroom with queen bed, ample packing space and private lounge with TV and kitchenette, a sparkling pool and undercover BBQ area, with plenty of safe off-street parking available. Unfortunately our flat is not set up for children nor is our property available for pets. This is all in a very tranquil setting (only 6 km from the highway), with lots of bird and animal life.
