Just 30sec walk to get a coffee. 2-5 minute walk to Beach, river, ferry wharf, golf club, bowling club and the famous Pacific hotel. Big open space lounge and dining. Big main bedroom with walk in robe, relax in the big corner bath. Bathroom and toilet is open plan to bedroom, see photos.

It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....

We are a small family run beach shack perfect for families and couples. Classic beach house on the hill, 250m to main beach with its incredible ocean pool. The house is perfectly positioned to allow you to enjoy one of the best coastal towns in NSW. Park your car for the duration and walk to dog and non dog beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants. Relax on the sun drenched covered rear deck. The yard is not fenced. The property is cleaned thoroughly.
