Das Haus von Ilias liegt wunderbar ruhig, abseits der Touristen-Hotspots, aber dennoch nah genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für unsere kleinen Kinder gab es extra Spielsachen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Und der Außenbereich war einfach herrlich zum Entspannen. Ilias hat uns mit Gemüse und Wein versorgt. Einzige Minuspunkt, die vielen Moskitos, die es trotz umfangreichem Schutz an Fenstern und Türen irgendwie ins Haus geschafft haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir nochmal nach Kos kommen sollten.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio perché fuori dal caos ed abbiamo trovato una casa accogliente in mezzo a una zona molto tranquilla. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per viverla completamente l'anfitrione si e preoccupato di farci trovare qualcosa da bere e dei biscotti buonissimi. in più e attacca a Zia, si arriva facilmente a Kos ed a svariate spiaggie ben servite. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio mi sarebbe piaciuto poter viverla più a lungo ma sarà per una prossima occasione. Thedosis e stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio.

Das alles hat wunderbar geklappt. War richtig schöne Lokation, Haus war ganz nagelneu komplett neue Möbel. Alle Bäder mit Marmorplatten richtig schöne Geschirr Möbel alles wie beschrieben sogar noch schöne ich kann wirklich nur empfehlen würde ich gerne noch mal hingehen einfach richtig tipptopp. Gastgeber war auch immer erreichbar undhat alles wunderbar geklappt. Sehr gerne wieder

Alex is een hele vriendelijke man. Bij aankomst stond hij al op ons te wachten en gaf ons een rondleiding door het huisje. Het huisje was erg schoon en Alex had van alles voor ons in de koelkast gelegd. Ook de shampoo en douchegel waren vrij te gebruiken. Het zithoekje zit precies in de schaduw waardoor je lekker kan afkoelen met de warme temperaturen. Alex reageert snel op je berichten en is erg gastvrij en behulpzaam! We hebben ons erg welkom gevoeld en raden dit huisje zeker aan!

Ev merkeze yakın ama aslında köy hayatı yaşamanıza izin veriyor. Sabah horoz sesleriyle uyanıyorsunuz akşam yıldızları seyredebilirsiniz. Açıkçası kos ta gezmekten çok evde vakit geçirmek keyifliydi. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için tüm olanaklar var temizlik sorunu yok evde çamaşır makinesi bulaşık makinesi mevcut. Malzeme alırsanız dışarda yemenize gerek yok. Aslında eski bir ev bazı eşyalar da eski ama çok keyifli. Bolca tabak bardak var çok kişi kalacak olursanız da. Üst kattaki teras da çok keyifliydi. Markete vs gitmek için şehre yaklaşmalısınız ama bence şehirde kalmaktansa burası muhteşem. Biraz fiyat fazla geldi bize ordan puan kırdım sadece:(

This is an excellent Airbnb and I’d highly recommend it. Nikitas is a fantastic host and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, it’s bigger and everything is super modern and well designed. It’s also in probably the best spot on the island, with the incredible view of Telemnos, and some of the best restaurants and bars on the island right next door (including Micki’s cocktail bar, which Nikitas runs with his uncle; and Aegean Tavern, Panos restaurant, and the goat of all gyros places- On The Road). A couple of extra creature comforts not mentioned in the listing: 1. Nikitas has a filtered water tap installed, so no need to buy bottled water 2. Nikitas has a special system on site so you are able to put toilet paper in the toilet (something you’ll almost never find in the Greek islands) 3. The terrace has a remote controlled fully retractable roof, so handy for shade. Overall, excellent!

We are really happy to have found this place. Very cosy and friendly atmosphere, especially for longer stays, it’s great. The staff is the great mix of professional and friendly. They were very welcoming with our (sometimes overly active) kids. The garden is beautifully made and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Me gustó hospedarme en Nissia, me sentí muy cómoda, limpian la habitación a diario. Fue muy buena mi experiencia. Nassos fue muy amable.

September to end of October I rented at Ertem Homes and I had wonderful time. Apartment was walking distance to beach and stores and very clean. Murat and his wonderful mother Ülkü were very friendly I will miss them. I can’t wait to go back there next summer.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo y estaba limpio y ordenado. Nurya fue muy amable y atenta con nosotras. La zona es tranquila y bien situada. En resumen, nos sentimos muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia.

Stunning 3 bedroom/ 2 Bath apartment 100% identical to the photos offer. Beds were extremely comfortable, fresh linen and bath robes were an added tough. Host was very hospitable and welcomed us with a variety of Greek snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Kos, Greece 🇬🇷

Sûrement le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel nous avons séjourné : appartement très propre, correspond à la description, literie confortable, 2 terrasses privées avec de la vue, très bien placé à 10mn du centre, calme, super super bien équipé, très pratique quand on voyage léger : serviettes, serviettes de plage, shampooing, après shampooing, lave linge, il y a tout ! Clim, rangements, Netflix, wifi, tout pour se préparer à manger et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner du matin, le luxe ! Et puis il y a Dina & Maria, à l'écoute si besoin, d'une grande gentillesse qui nous ont super bien accueillis : conseils, horaires des bus, carte de l'île et des petits cadeaux qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Vraiment le TOP DU TOP, vous ne pourrez pas mieux tomber. Encore merci Dina & Maria pour tout, votre appartement ainsi que votre accueil ont été un réel atout pour des vacances réussies.

Vermietung war sehr kurzfristig und spontan möglich, unkompliziert, gute Kommunikation. Wohnung liegt gut, sehr nahe am Strand und Zentrum, aber trotzdem ruhig. Im Erdgeschoss, Eingang direkt neben Strasse, stört aber nicht. Gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was es braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Everything as described. Amazing view and pool. Was everything we were looking for and cannot appreciate Jen more on helping us going out of her way with ordering food, taxis and everything local because of the language barrier. The power did go off a few times but they were always responsive to fix!

Evin manzarası inanılmaz güzeldi vakit geçirmesi çok keyif vericiydi.Cemal bey nazik ve anlayışlıydı. Kendi evimiz gibi rahat hissettiğimiz bir salon ve mutfağa sahip olan evin tek problem olabilcek sorunu banyo ve tuvaletin kanalizasyon kokusu yayması olabilir kapılar kapalıyken bir koku yoktu fakat havalandırma ve temizlemeye rağmen koku devam etti. Gideceğimiz kişi sayısı belirli olmasına rağmen sıvı sabun ,tuvalet kağıdı eksiği mevcuttu. Onun dışında tekrar tercih edebileceğim memnun kaldığım manzarasını unutmayacağım bir tatildi,tekrar teşekkür ederiz :)

Narenciye ağaçlarının içerisinde 3 villadan oluşan bir cennet adeta. - Havuz gerçekten muhteşem. Fotoğraftakilerden daha da büyük. 150 cm derinliğinde. - Tamamen doğa ile iç içesiniz. Her yer yeşillik. Hamakta uzanıp doğayı seyretmek çok güzeldi. - Süpermarket, fırın, kasap gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Araba ile 5-10 dk mesafede tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı halledebiliyorsunuz. Evden 15 dk yürüyüş ile Kadıkalesi Halk Plajına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. - Emre Bey, Raşit Bey ve Nurten Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. - Evlerde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. (Mikrodalga, tost makinesi, çaycı, kahve makinesi, bulaşık makinesi vs.) Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olarak belirtmek istediklerim : - Evlerde bulunan yataklar biraz eski gibi. Çok rahat edemediğimizi belirtmek isterim. - Hijyen konusunda biraz daha dikkatli olunabilir. - Evlerden en azından bir tanesinde bir fırın olsa güzel olabilirdi. Özetle; biz çok memnun kaldık. Önümüzdeki senelerde de gelmek için planlarımızı yapmaya başladık.

Nous avons séjourner 1 semaine a la villa Salmakis villa et ce fut un sejour agréable. La maison est bien construite, bien équipée avec une grande piscine. Les pieces sont propres et la cuisnesest bien équipée. L'emplacement n'est pas très loin de turgutreis et bodrum, chemin très facile d'accès en voiture. Le personnel est tjrs a l'écoute et très réactif. Si c'était a refaire je prendrais la même villa

Ercan Bey’in evinde üç gün geçirdik, eve toplam dört kişi geldik ilk geldiğimizde bizi Haşa Hanım karşıladı ve bize evi tanıttı kendisi çok samimi ve yardımcıydı her konuda ona ulaşabileceğimizin samimiyetini kendisinde gördük. Site içerisindeki komşularımız çok canayakın ve yardımcıydı kendileri ile tanıştığımıza çok memnunuz. Ev çok temiz çok düzenli ve ihtiyacınız olan her şeyi bulabileceğiniz bir ev temel bütün ihtiyaçlar bulunuyor sizin yalnızca yapacağınız yemeği veya içeceğiniz içeceği almanız gerekiyor . Ayrıca evin konumu denize 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde kendi sahil alanları var ve sitenin havuzu bir o kadarda güzel . Bunun dışında Bati Hanım da her aradığımızda bize hızlı geri dönüş yaparak her ihtiyacımızı da bize yardımcı oldu. Geçirdiğimiz günlerden ve vakitten çok keyif aldık bir daha gelmeyi planlıyoruz .

Yaşadığım en iyi Airbnb deneyimlerinden birisiydi. Şebnem Hanım çok ilgili birisi. Ev çok temizdi ve çok düzenliydi. Bodrum bölgesine gelirseniz, Şebnem Hanımın evinde huzurla konaklayabilirsiniz.

Çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Mehmet Bey ve ailesini çok sevdik.. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldular tekrar teşekkür etmek isterim. Evin konumu çok güzel özellikle üst kat terası komple deniz görüyor.. Huzur dolu bir tatil için mükemmel tercih…

Wir haben uns in der Villa von Familie Menges-Weber sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Turutreis und Gümüslük am Hang mit fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool war eine super Erfrischung bei den heißen Temperaturen. Die Anfahrt zur Villa ist, wie in der Türkei aber überall typisch, über nur sehr schlecht geteerte Straßen. Da wir dies jedoch im Voraus wussten, hat uns dies nicht wirklich gestört. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie Menges-Weber und auch an Herrn Danaci für die vor Ort Kommunikation!
