Parel in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Peace, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. You do need a car for the excursions nearby. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps swimming in the sea = magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Alejandro was an excellent host , super responsive and helpful. The house was excellent well equipped and spacious great for what we wanted it for. Beach is a 15 mins walk away with loads of restaurants.

The place was amazing and felt like home. Clean and peaceful and next to the beach which was amazing. We loved our stay and Nadia was more thank helpful with suggestions and a late check out which was wonderful considering our schedule. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a perfect 10

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Very nice accommodation, comfortable, air-conditioned with a small inner courtyard super nice, consistent with the photos. Quiet environment, close to the sea. Estefania is available to give good advice. The mom is very nice and welcomed us as soon as we arrived. To discover!!!

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. We stayed at The Blue Diamond villa in Valencia with a group of 8 friends, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa is absolutely stunning and ultra-luxurious, if we were relaxing by the pool, cooking together in the beautiful kitchen, or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings, everything felt just right. A special mention goes to Alberto, the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. This was, without a doubt, one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, it has everything you need for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Even for the beach, Maria has chairs and a parasol and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water were provided. We highly recommend the apartment and its lovely landlady. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

we felt super comfortable in the house and Eslida. The visit to the mini-supermercado around the corner was also really nice. At night we heard a nightingale sing.

Maria was a great host! Prior to our arrival she was very communicative with us making the arrival very easy. Upon arriving she met us to show us the accommodations and spent some extra time offering helpful suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants.

Super stay at Harald’s apartment! Location is excellent - right in the centre of Russafa, with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars close by - but the apartment itself is nice and quiet. It’s also spacious and nicely decorated, and was great for working remotely with a large table and lots of plugs. Check in was very easy and Harald was really helpful and accommodating.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Desiré is an excellent host who provided lots of very helpful information regarding transport, places to see and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!
