Everything was great, just like the photos, we had a small problem with the lock but the host resolved it quickly and kindly, we would definitely come back again

If all you need is the Caribbean just for yourself, Casa del Sol is da place. Tom Hanks movie «  Cast Away » with solar electricity for your mojito’s ice cubes and a very good bed :-)

Casa Palometa was a wonderful stay for a group of 3 fisherman for a 8 day stay. The place was as described and Keith and Abby were very communicative and helpful in giving advice and recommendations. Moises, the point of contact in Xcalak was also incredibly helpful and helped us procure fresh fish from local fisherman for dinner. The place was clean on arrival and had plenty of extra sheets, blankets and towels to accommodate our length of stay. I'd highly recommend a stay here if you're thinking of visiting Xcalak, especially if you want to fish. Lodges are always expensive but there are plenty of DIY fishing opportunities in the area and many guides available to hire freelance for less than average.

Eduardo and Irma were super nice, the space is beautiful, it has everything you need to go downtown and nearby areas, the dogs are sweet, they welcomed us with great affection, I highly recommend it
