In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Due to the central location of the property in downtown Xanten, you can easily walk to all popular sights, restaurants and shops. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.
