Relax and enjoy this high specification loft suite fitted out with a Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom. Peace and privacy are assured as this loft is situated in its own self contained building with a separate entrance and parking for up to 4 cars. The space is well equipped and has a super comfortable king size bed. Its the ideal space for good nights rest when travelling or a romantic getaway.

Set in a quiet, leafy residential area, my place is 10-15 minutes walking distance to a large selection of restaurants and dining, shops and the beach. The tram stop for Blackpool/Fleetwood is 5 minutes walk. It's good for couples, singles, and business travellers. This first floor flat has its own private entrance. It is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door.
