Lovely hosts and such a lovely spot. It was private and neat and had everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches and breakfast foods for us. It was cosy and cute. Thanks for having us Noelene and Peter, its a reasonable price and we would love to stay again soon.

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

We had a delightful stay - the comfortable apartment was centrally located within easy walk to transport, local attractions and dining spots. Appreciated the cereal breakfast, comfortable stretcher for added bedding and the kitchen which was well equipped. Hidden Gem in Newcastle – Thoughtful, Understated, Perfect This place truly surprised me — in the best way. The space was beautiful yet understated, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. What made it unforgettable was the host: warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. I was greeted with beautiful complimentary drinks and felt instantly at ease. A rare gem!

Belinda’s place was perfect- adults, kids and teenagers had a wonderful time! The place was perfect for bush walks, stories and marshmallows around both fires and was so quiet! The place was everything you expected, but better. We dove straight into the welcoming gift basket, popped the wine, slipped on the slippers and got stuck into the amazing collection of board games. If you want to switch off, get the kids of ipads and television- this is your place! So much to see and do, get back to nature and be a family!!!

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

We stayed in Kate’s place over a weekend to celebrate some significant birthdays with the family ranging in age from 71 to 0. It suited us perfectly! Well equipped for babies through to more elderly. 3 bathrooms, laundry and 5 bedrooms with separate TV room. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, cosy fireside and fun on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Take board games and books. Location worked very well for us as some travelled from Sydney and some from Newcastle on a Friday evening. Can thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Anna's place! The house was spacious for our group of 4 adults and 2 toddlers, with beautiful views of the green paddocks. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely, as well as the opportunities to watch the horse feeding and collect eggs from the chickens. A beautiful and peaceful property, and Anna was a responsive and helpful host, even dropping off some olive oil for us and some extra treats due to a small issue with the lights. We look forward to staying again!

Perfect for a weekend or even long term getaway. Location was great, right in the heart of the city, 5-mins walk to a couple local pubs, cafes and convenience stores and 15-mins walk to beach and light rail interchange. Also noticed quite a few buses with different bus routes around the area as well. Check in was a breeze and not that I had any issues but Mel was quick to reply once I had advised check in and check out. The place itself was fantastic, ducted air con throughout, 2 very big comfy beds, large lounge area and huge dining area with a kitchen that had what you need to cook for a large group of people, if you wished. Having access to a washing machine and dryer is always a plus, esp. when there’s a 2nd toilet and the bathroom was clean as well. Would definitely look to stay there again if going back up to Newcastle.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Thank you Michael and Alice for having us to stay. The apartment was roomy and in a great location, close to Waitara train station and Hornsby Westfield. Michael was proactive and helpful in his communication.

Xanthe's place has a lovely aspect, is very quite (there is a Police Station at the end of the road that might help;), has a lot of sun light and is very comfortable. The deck area is very large so great for our dog and all the amenities worked as described. The sofa, dinning table and decor were very nice and rustic and the kids loved the sunroom with a hammock chair. The street itself suited us perfectly. The area is within walking distance to Mona Vale and lots of shops and gyms etc, walk to the beach and dog park, close to the B1 bus to the city and also easy access to anywhere else on the Northern Beaches.

Definitely recommend staying here, we will be rebooking in the future
