Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Wynwood, Miami

Han place was very clean & look exactly like the pictures . Instructions he gave was clear. The airport was extremely close less then 10 mins & south beach 20 mins. Overall great experience

The hosts were incredibly communicative and attentive throughout our entire stay. When we ran into a minor electrical issue, they responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of right away. The location was fantastic—just steps away from Upper Buena Vista, a charming plaza filled with unique shops and a great vibe. We found ourselves walking over almost every day. It’s also conveniently located about 15–20 minutes from both South Beach and North Beach. The property is nicely gated, and I felt safe in the neighborhood at all hours. The Airbnb itself was clean upon arrival and stocked with everything we needed—kitchen utensils, towels, hygiene products, and more. The only slight downside was the WiFi, which was a bit spotty at times on our phones and the TV, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

10/10. Was extremely clean and has everything you need. Amenities were amazing and check in was simple. You get a nice parking spot right infront of the gate. 10-15 min drive depends on traffic to downtown.

Great place to stay! I was here on a solo trip but it could comfortably fit 2 people. The location is great with the design district and wynwood both being easy walks. Will definitely try to book again.

Chris’s place is an absolute GEM!!! Local to so much around midtown Miami. Easy to get to Wynwood (7 min), brickell (13 min) and south beach (20 min). It’s Amazing apartment way better than the pictures and don’t get me started on the decor I wished I could take home! The pool was a great and quiet spot. Not too many people there nor did we struggle to find a spot! Chris was so responsive to when a hiccup happened and fixed it within a few minutes. I would love to come and stay with Chris again soon (if he will have me haha). Don’t get me started on the check in staff, they’re so sweet and were the best hypewomen on our way out on the town! Thank you so much Chris!!!!

Great location to vacation with adult children. We enjoyed the close proximity to great food, cool art and bars.

I loved this Airbnb, has been my favorite so far. It is very modern and clean! I enjoyed my stay and loved how everything was walking distance! The amenities were wonderful. The host was very communicative and responsive, I enjoyed my vacation and hope to be back soon!

The apartment was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed! It had everything needed for both short and extended stays. The location is ideal, with Buena Vista being a lovely area to walk around, and the proximity to the Design District made it very convenient. I really appreciated the attention to detail and would happily book again.

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

John's place was spacious and clean. The amenities and location were amazing for exploring Wynwood and Miami Beach. We took our scooters and and explored Wynwood during the day and Uber and walked at night. The gym and pool were great. Parking, and the apartment location near the elevator was awesome as well. We really enjoyed our weekend.

O apartamento é impecável. Achei muito melhor do que a descrição e as fotos. A localização é a cereja do bolo. Anfitriões acessíveis, atenciosos, fáceis de se comunicar. Deixaram inclusive sugestões de restaurantes nas proximidades. Apartamento com amenidades. Informações sempre claras. Aquele lugar que deu a sensação de estar em casa. Sem dúvidas, voltando a Miami, voltaremos a nos hospedar com os anfitriões.

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

El dpto estaba impecable, con muchas comodidades. El lugar está súper bien ubicado, hay varios restaurantes y lindas zonas para caminar. Wai y Holly respondían muy rápido los mensajes y fueron excelentes anfitrionas. Recomiendo este dpto al 100%

The only issue we had was there was no seperate gate entry cards so we had to push the button for garage entry everytime we left and return. Not really an issue. Everything was fabulous. Very peaceful family environment. The views are extraordinary.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

We had such a great experience staying in this apartment and neighborhood. Cecilia was very responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. We felt very supported by Cecilia and the building staff. The receptionist are amazing. We also loved that we were across a Trader Joe's and a 5 minute walk from Target, Northstrom Rack, Home Goods, Carters, and other shopping stores. The neighborhood has many restaurants and cafes for every budget and style. We loved this neighborhood! Of course, if you walk about 10 minutes you get to the Design District for more upscale shopping. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It offers a parking space which allowed us to rent a car. In only a 15 min drive we were in Miami beach. Also, the Miami airport is only 10 minutes from the apartment. We are definitely choosing this locations again.
