Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Wynwood, Miami

This was, by far, one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. It was my first time using Airbnb, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect—but I was blown away. I found a beautiful apartment in the heart of downtown Miami and immediately fell in love. The host was incredibly responsive and even checked in to see if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. The property staff were respectful and professional, helping us with our luggage and assisting with several of our needs. If you’re looking for an amazing experience at a great price—this is the one. Parking was simple, and the building was easy to navigate. The apartment was exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing. There’s so much to do within walking distance, and we were only a 15-minute drive from both South Beach and Brickell. I was very excited for this trip, and I’m so pleased that we had absolutely zero issues with the booking, the host, the staff, or the check-in process. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

I loved Johns place it was a nice Airbnb in a great location. There were many stores located nearby such as Target, Ross, Five & Below, Publix, and Burlington. The pool was nice, that was our favourite part of the stay, and the view was perfect.

Dan was very friendly, location was perfect very walkable lots to do in that area! Airbnb looked exactly like the photo. Perfect weekend

The listing met all expectations and descriptions. Street parking was free and easy access, the surrounding area wasn’t as scenic but it did feel very safe and tourist friendly. Everything was less than a 10 minute drive from the apartment and Ubers were fairly cheap. Overall I would recommend this listing and host if you’re looking for something small and easy for a Miami trip!

Anthony was top notch. The best thing about him is he is super reliable. The electric stove was tough to process& once I informed him that I need help, he had someone at the door in less than thirty minutes! He is on time with everything & is always checking in to see how things are going even if you tell him you're doing fine. I felt super comfortable& safe in this Airbnb. I highly recommend Anthony's service. Nothing short of top tier & on time.

Such a wonderful home and host. The interior was beautifully decorated to match the art district vibe. Felt super comfortable and safe with the level of security that was also provided for the property (have to use a key to get through the spiked gate and then on top of that the door to the actual house required a passcode to get in)! Will definitely be residing with these hosts in the future.

THIS IS MY SECOND STAY AND IT WAS PERFECT THE HOUSE IS EXCELLENT, QUITE AREA, GREAT PARKING, THE HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR ALL THE FAMILY. FOR SURE ITS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. I'LL BE BACK SOON.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Adam was a fantastic host; he is very professional and super accommodating. He provided us a complimentary early check in and late check out after our flights got changed due to airport construction which we were so appreciative of. He goes above and beyond for his guests. He was very responsive to anything we needed and brought us donuts on the morning of us check out which was such a nice surprise. The place was very clean and great for a girls bachelorette weekend. The decor matched the vibe of the weekend and Miami. The place was walkable to the downtown Design district. We also appreciated that there was clear information provided about the property and we did not have to clean the place on check out. We would highly recommend Adam as a host, this property, and we would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Romy’s Place. The layout was well put together. Lots of outdoor activities and relaxing spots on the grounds. Opportunity to meet other people and enjoy the amenities & at the same time the option to stay to yourself. The night lights throughout from the pool to the grounds creates a beautiful ambiance. An area is designated as children’s playground which is perfect for families. This air bnb was really nice in its entirety, with a really thought through concept to ensure guest have a good time. Has everything you need to have a perfect getaway, even complimentary coffee and so much more. You will surely enjoy your stay here. One of the best I have stayed at so far so I will definitely be returning! Book your stay here you will definitely not be dissatisfied or disappointed, that I can assure you.

Excellent location in Wynwood surrounding by restaurants, stores, and grocery. Very walkable. Didn’t need a rental car. Even though they had a club downstairs, you couldn’t hear a thing inside when you closed the balcony door. Check-in was smooth however no guess is allowed after 11pm without them checking in and paying $50 pp even if they are visiting for a few hours. The area has a lot of things to do and visit. 20min from south beach without traffic.

My recent stay at this Airbnb in Midtown Miami was absolutely phenomenal, earning a definitive 5-star rating! From the moment we booked until the sad day we had to depart, everything about our experience was seamless and exceeded all expectations. The location in Midtown Miami is simply unbeatable. We loved being right in the heart of everything, with trendy restaurants, vibrant nightlife, fantastic shopping, and art galleries just a short walk or quick ride away. It was incredibly convenient for exploring all that Miami has to offer, with easy access to other neighborhoods.

Cory’s place was great. Came with all the possible amenities you can ask for and went above and beyond to make sure we were well situated and accommodated for. Cory was very flexible with me and was always very responsive. Overall, Cory is the man and I cant wait to book more trips with his properties. Thanks again for everything!

Great stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed the location as well. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of minor issues we had. Would certainly stay here again.

BOOK THIS STAY !!! Absolutely loved this place!!!! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon! The only thing that I would say is me and my partner fell in the shower lol there was nothing to hold onto and the first aid kit that was under the sink didn’t have what we needed for the injuries other than that the location was perfect close to a lot of restaurants, next time I would love to stay here again we also loved the pool bar! And the jacuzzi. Thank you soo much for making my birthday special! 10/10!!!!

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and the location is very convenient to go everywhere and walk. Close to Winwood, the Design District, full of cafes, restaurants, a supermarket in front and many businesses. The only suggestion I can make is to improve the lighting, at night it is not enough in the living room or in the bedroom and I would add a parasol and beach chairs, it would be a perfect plus to say that everything was spectacular.
