James was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful, especially in giving me a lift - twice- to where I needed to be. The room was very clean and breakfast was fine, he kindly allowed me to take fruit for the day ahead. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and may stay there again if I am ever in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at V's through Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, V was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend notifying her of your arrival time; it allows her to prepare everything perfectly. Upon entering, we were greeted by a delightful assortment of thoughtful touches that made our stay feel uniquely special. V had arranged a delightful spread of personalized breakfast items upon request, featuring artisan breads, jams, butter, and even delicious chocolates and a cake waiting for us. The warm ambiance, enhanced by soft music and gentle lighting, instantly made us feel at home. V's interior decor is truly one of a kind, reflecting her fantastic personality and talent for design. We had a lovely 6 night stay at Strawtop Cottage 2. We were 4 adults and the accommodations were delightful. The beds were so comfortable. The cottage is beautifully styled and maintained to an impeccable standard. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the comfortable furnishings, is first class. Josie and Charlie are wonderful hosts that go above and beyond. They welcomed us with generous local goodies that added a lovely personal touch. The amenities throughout are wonderful and the recommendations they gave us for places to visit and dine were on point. We highly recommend Strawtop Cottage to anyone looking for a wonderful experience at a charming cottage in a lovely village easily accessible to all that the Cotswolds has to offer. Thank you again Josie and Charlie for making our first trip to the Cotswolds absolutely perfect! We will be back!

Unusual period property that has been thoughtfully renovated with modern amenities. Convenient to walk into Windsor or use public transport.

Darshan is extremely proactive, supportive and a caring host. I reached out to him as my child needed a place to stay overnight close to Heathrow airport before catching his flight back home for the summers. Darshan understood my worries and concerns and not only did he patiently answer all my queries but he anticipated what all my child could need and gave suggestions for the same. He kept me informed once my child reached out to him so that I wouldn't worry. My child had a great experience. Darshan and his family are simply wonderful hosts. Darshan also provides dinner and airport drop at an extra cost and that adds so much more value to the stay. Moreover, the convenience comes at a very reasonable price. My child, who doesn't open up to strangers easily, says it felt like staying with family and friends. Thank you Darshan from the bottom of my heart.

Jeannette met us on our arrival, was very friendly and informative, and made sure we had plenty of provisions to make tea, coffee etc. The accommodation was clean and perfect for our stay.

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

This is a beautifully appointed flat that is convenient to the Summertown Shops around the corner. The bus service into Oxford City Centre is frequent and an easy trip. This is also a good place to catch the bus to Blenheim Palace. This charming flat is on a quiet street and Francesca is a terrific host.

We came to Oxford because my daughter had to have an operation and when we got there it was like traveling from home to home. The flat was clean and tidy and felt homely. The flat was a walk away from the hospital. Umu always communicated with us and if there was anything we needed she was just a message away. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

The flat is beautiful stairs quite steep lovely bedroom and lounge. It’s a three minute walk to the perch an amazing pub with garden and great food. It’s half an hour river walk to the trout another amazing pub with views. The walk to Oxford is half an hour across fields and along the river. Easy walk and beautiful. There is a Waitrose few minutes drive away. The welcome back was lovely. The hosts so lovely . The garden beautiful. This is our second visit and will not be our last.

A perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter at university. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Breakfast and a good coffee machine were an added bonus. We will be back soon!

The apartment was comfortable and quiet. The location was beautiful, and Jayne was very helpful and responsive. Also, it was an easy walk to the terrific Half Moon pub.

Christine was very hospitable, attentive and helpful :) she helped us make reservations at a local pub, she gave us a phone number for the local cab that helped us when we couldn’t find a ride to the train station, she greeted us and offered us tea and had non dairy milk which was awesome, her breakfast in the morning was delicious and I felt very comfortable and at home here. Beautiful garden that was nice to walk around. Cute town that is walkable and peaceful. I would stay here again everything was lovely.

The property was easy to find and we received clear instructions with a lovely welcoming sign. Check-in was a breeze and David was a super friendly host. The breakfast provided was exceptional and it was lovely to be able to pick a time for breakfast and there were various options. Inside was spotless, it was very clean and well presented and there was space to park our vehicle outside. Superb location, lovely countryside setting and great host. Would 100% return. We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

It's easy to travel to London city centre via train and underground. Whitton station is only about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation. Laura was very generous in providing a basket of fruits, juice, milk etc. for our enjoyment. Thank you, Laura!

I so enjoyed my one night stay at this absolutely unique waterfront hideaway right on The Thames! Carolyn is so friendly, considerate and helpful; making me feel right at home. There are lovely touches like an electric blanket if needed for the (super comfortable) double bed! Plus private table for your tea /breakfast with private waterfront lawn area. The ensuite shower room is great and there's a large hanging wardrobe too. The room is super quiet in a very peaceful residential area. Yet still only a 7 minute drive from central Abingdon. Highly recommend for a one night stay or longer if you don't mind vacating the premises during the day. A real find , thank you Carolyn🙏🌺!
