Great apartment. Perfect location. The bus stop to downtown is less than two minutes away. On my next visit to Leipzig, I would immediately book with Luisa again.

The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful garden, is very quiet and yet conveniently located. It is modern and practically furnished and very clean. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Jan was a great host, always available and helpful. The apartment is small but nice, we didn't miss anything. happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable with Sandra and Pascal from the beginning. The apartment was exceptionally clean – even cleaner than many hotel rooms, which impressed us a lot. The beds were also spotless, something you rarely experience. The apartment is equipped with many lovely extras. The kitchen left nothing to be desired, and our highlight was the milk frother – so we could make delicious "premium" milk coffee in the morning, almost like in a café. In other apartments, basics such as dishwashing detergent or baking paper are often missing – with you, that was not an issue. There was a changing mat for our toddler, which was very convenient. There was also a little toy, which I thought was great. I hope all guests will handle it carefully and appreciate the extras. Even the volume of our child was not an issue. The apartment is spacious and cozy. We were very satisfied and would have liked to stay longer. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

I have been here for the second time and was thrilled again. Booked the place for the LBM. A bit outside of Leipzig but you can still get there in no time. The apartment is totally cozy, lovingly and without unnecessary frills. I sleep incredibly well in the comfortable bed. I would gladly stay again

Our stay at Nicky's was great. The apartment was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The location is great, lots of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Nicky was easy to reach and communicates very efficiently. We also had the opportunity to store our luggage before departure. We would definitely come back.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. Everything was clean, nice and lovingly furnished. The quiet location right on the river is perfect with dogs!

Very nice and quiet family apartment that is geared to the needs of small children. Parking was always available. By car, you can reach the city center in a few minutes (public transport also in the immediate vicinity). Apartment was very clean. Nice host.

Ales' apartment is in a great location. You can do anything by foot. The apartment is very nice.

We were very warmly received by Sebastian, he took the time to explain something to us. Check-in and check-out was according to our wishes. We can only recommend them!

We had bicycles with us and were able to circle all 3 lakes in the area thanks to the excellent bike paths. We could have used a tandem from Sabine, but we didn't want to. The nearest tram stop is just a few minutes' walk, so you can also spend a day in Leipzig. - I know that many portals recommend prices to landlords that are often higher than the landlords would accept. The portal operator may also charge more commission for this. Unfortunately, this raises the entire price structure of all accommodations. Vacations in simple yet beautiful spaces should also remain affordable for small budgets.

I have now visited Anna & Sven in the Spatzennest for the 2nd time and felt very comfortable again. A little home away from home! Love to come back! Best regards

Felix contacted us before check-in with extensive information on arrival, etc. and was always easily accessible for questions. The apartment fully complied with the description and was perfectly located for our purposes and beautifully quiet. If we are back in the area, we will be happy to book again :)

Modern and stylish apartment. Nice and clean, equipped will all the necessities. Good location, close to a grocery store, public transport and restaurants. Responsive host, smooth communication and clear instructions I recommend this place.

Christian is a very nice host, check-in and check-out were no problem, he got in touch right away and said how everything works. We were a little late and he even took us by car, really great. Thank you and if I come back to Leipzig, it will definitely be this apartment again

The positive surprises began right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house at no extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely accommodating and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely decorated, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return to Pierre's at any time! Simply recommended!

It was really nice all around! The only thing that was not so clear to us in advance was the fact that there are two tiny houses and you may also have to reckon with another couple and thus have to agree on when to use the sauna and hot tub. Otherwise it was really wonderfully relaxing for the 2 days ☺️❤️

We had a wonderful weekend in Leipzig at Nils-Julius. The apartment was absolutely great – very clean, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you need. There was really nothing to fault.
