Die Whg. ist 36 qm und befindet sich in einem gepflegten 12-Parteien-Haus in zentraler Lage (ca. 300 m vom Zentrum). Wir haben diese 2018 übernommen und neu eingerichtet (Küche, komplett neue Möbel und gutes Schlafsofa). Es handelt sich um einen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Essecke, ein sep. Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Bad. Da wir (4 Erwachsene + 1 Schulkind) unsere Whg. regelmäßig selbst nutzen, ist sie ganz gut ausgestattet (ausreichend Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, TV). Kein WLAN!

Im Sommer ideal zum wandern und mountainbiken. Im Winter sind Skigebiete im Ort sowie in der Nähe vorhanden. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es z.B. nach Goslar, Wernigerode und Quedlinburg. Der Gästebeitrag in Höhe von 3,00 €/Nacht für Erwachsene wird in Bar vor Ort erhoben.
