Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Watch whales, porpoises, eagles, deer and other wildlife through the wall of windows looking out onto the Clarence Strait. Spend some time in the tide pools looking for sea creatures at low tide. A truly serene place. Four beds can be converted to two king beds. Go fishing at many creeks, rivers, or lakes or take a charter from the Coffman Cove marina to fish for King salmon, halibut, ling cod, rock fish, and shrimp.

This apartment is perfect for families, couples or small groups. With 2 bedrooms each with a full size and a twin bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is spacious and complete with cookware and dishes, if you wanted to do some of your own cooking. The front deck is covered to keep you dry with a private barbecue for cooking up the days catch. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit available for your use.

The Waterside suite offers one bedroom with stunning waterfront views of the Wrangell Narrows just south of Petersburg. Price includes everything except taxes - no extra fees. Within walking distance of town (2 miles) along a walking path. Two bikes are available for your use. Explore the beach at low tide, watch the ferries and passing boat traffic, sea birds and ducks, and occasionally orcas. We welcome ALL... but no children under 12.

The well-stocked kitchen features wood cabinetry and stone flooring. Major appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and microwave, are included. Natural light enters through a window above the sink. A small dining table with chairs is positioned in the center of the space, adjacent to the stackable washer and dryer.

Apartment Near Downtown Petersburg

588 sf apartment only a couple blocks from the South Harbor and a 1/2 mile from downtown. Great quiet neighborhood with views of the mountains. The apartment has everything you need, including a washer a dryer. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. There isn’t much furniture aside from the basics, and no tv. This is an excellent place if you plan to be out during the day and want somewhere comfortable to cook and sleep.

This little cottage has a great view of the Wrangell Narrows and the mouth of Petersburg Creek. Watch boats, whales, fish and much more right out the window. Located by the ferry terminal and a 15 minute walk to downtown. There is a bike/walking path along the Wrangell Narrows right outside the front door. Our stay in Ketchikan was great! The apartment was very clean and was ready to be lived in. We stayed 6 nights and it was comfortable the entire week. This family exceeded expectations. They live close by and we ran into them a few times. They are friendly and eager to help. We will stay here again when we return.

This was the perfect basecamp for me when I first got into town. Quiet, well away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ship docks, and a much shorter drive from Settler's Cove / Lunch Creek than most of the places listed in town.

A cozy living area features a stone fireplace with a wooden mantle, complemented by decorative accents. Two shaded windows allow natural light, while a metal coffee table sits on plush carpet, providing a warm gathering space. A dark sofa adds comfort to the room.

I’m a local here and Ketchikan but needed a weekend to stay with my son and I until I could move in elsewhere. This is definitely the gem in Ketchikan ,easy to get to as advertised beautiful surroundings and the easiest way to get into the apartment you have to book it to find out what I mean..

As a regular visitor to the island I think this is one of the best stays. Central to all island services, very tastefully built, outfitted with all the essentials, lots of sleeping area, view of the iconic Klawock River lagoon, high speed internet, etc. Better than represented in the listing for sure. There is a long flight of stairs, but that's the price you pay for the commanding view.

Great place to stay! Heather was very accommodating with our little family, having a pack and play ready was great! The apartment was easy waking distance to town and quiet since it’s towards the end of town so we didn’t experience much traffic. The view of the narrows was perfect as my boys loved watching the passing boats. We were bummed there wasn’t a microwave, I didn’t see that was missing on the listing, but we easily made due without one. The washer and dryer on hand was awesome so we weren’t forced to pack a million clothes. There were also an abundance of all sizes of towels so we never got close to running out. Definitely recommend a stay here!

We had an amazing stay. The house was so comfortable and the bed was comfy and had enough blankets and pillows. There were snacks and drinks that I though was a great touch. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay amazing. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

This was our second time staying at Steve and Wendy’s home. The house is so spacious and clean! The back deck is to die for with a beautiful view. We saw so many whales, eagles and had fun watching all the boats and cruise ships go in and out. This time we traveled with my 6 month old and they let me know ahead of time there was a pack n play at the house. Life saver! I would absolutely recommend staying here over and over. Steve also had great insight for our fishing trip last year. We can’t wait for our next availability to stay!

Loved our stay at Mylene’s place. This was an annual trip with our good friends and this place met our needs perfectly. It was comfortable and easy. We like the open living and kitchen areas, good sized bedrooms and bath. A nice outdoor area for eating or relaxing. Mylene was easy to reach with any questions we had but luckily everything went very smooth. Looking forward to going again next year!
